Although the hotel was impeccable the staff were not so great. They nitpick and question everything.

Lots of changes coming and excited to see it finished. Did not like check-in on the 2nd floor

I was disappointed at the time of check-in because I booked this hotel many months ago as a birthday gift for my partner in tandem with a Fever basketball game and concert at White River State Park. I specifically booked a KING ROOM w/ a SKYLINE VIEW on the TOP FLOOR. Instead we were given a Dble Queen room on the 30th floor with a view out of the back of the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice and clean with good amenities but it was a huge disappointment not to get what I specifically paid for..

Great hotel! They didn’t have a king room available that I had requested, but they offered to compensate our parking which was awesome.

Great stay as always! Definitely the best option of the 3 times we stayed in Indy for a Convention. Highly recommend!

The cold water didn’t work in the room, only scalding hot water in the bathroom sink. The “public” bathrooms were a disaster. Housekeeping woke us up at 8 am from knocking on the door numerous times when checkout wasn’t until 11… they charge an arm and a leg to stay here. I was unimpressed with the cleanliness of the public areas and frustrated to have been woke up by housekeeping several hours before checkout.

The hotel is amazing. Rooms were nice and had an excellent view of the city. The rooms were nice and the hotel staff was very accommodating with our red-eye check in and the request to have our rooms in the same hall. The building is impressive and unique and is centrally located around many of the attractions in Indianapolis. Only thing that would’ve made the stay better is if the room came with a microwave but everything they did have or offer was excellent. All-in-all, the hotel is a must stay in the city of Indianapolis.

Paid for skyline view and we were placed on the opposite side of the building. Called front desk to try to fix and they said its the highest floor. I said there is no view of the skyline. They said the view is FROM the skyline. Glad I didn't book riverview.

Hotel was under renovation which wasn’t revealed beforehand, so services and public spaces were a bit limited…only one restaurant option on site due to construction —a sports bar, which was ok but not great. Previous guest set the alarm clock to go off at 5:50 AM, which awoke me on Saturday morning—very unwelcome.

Very professional at check-in/front desk; Bartenders had a rough time and need some team work training - seemed upset about drink tickets because of construction, took it out on guests. Lori was fantastic and always took care of us.

JW Marriott is one of our favorite hotels to stay. Currently the lobby is undergoing renovations so that is the only reason I gave the property 4 out of 5 stars

Fantastic place to stay, the staff is amazing and so easy to walk to dinner or activities
