I stayed for 5 days and was very happy with my room. It was very well maintained and clean. Everything worked as you'd expect. Lots of electrical outlets/usb plugs and sockets. The bathroom was also in very good order. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The bed was very comfortable. My room was at the rear of the property which was very quiet. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. As well as being close to a metro station, you have an excellent choice of shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinty of the hotel, but not overrun with tourists.

Nice room and nice people working there. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There is a metro station half a block from the hotel, which for me, a solo traveler, was very convenient. There are pharmacies and grocery stores nearby.

Clean room, friendly staff. Didn’t do breakfast. Room has a mini fridge and espresso machine. Room size for solo is okay, can be a bit tight for two people. Balcony is amazing.

Very friendly staff and quaint Hotel. Its nit centrally located to major attractions however transportation is accessible.

We loved our stay at Hotel Verlain! The location was perfect, with lots of great restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance. It is a little further from the major Paris sights, but there's metro and bike rental access around the hotel making it quick to get around. We got a room on the 5th floor with a balcony overlooking the street and the square to the right - it was perfect! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's interested in experiencing a taste of Parisian life!

The staff was great, had our rooms all ready for us after a day of visiting. Beautiful hotel.

Small space but good sized bathroom. Clean and within 10 min walking distance to metro and bus stations. Staff were friendly and the elevator really helped with luggage.

Comfortable bed, excellent AC and shower. Friendly and helpful staff. My 3rd floor room was utterly sound proof, which I particularly appreciated when all of France was up late for the June 21 Fête de Musique but I was ready to sleep.

I stayed 5 nights here, and found it to be quiet, comfortable, and fairly conveniently placed to get to anywhere in Paris on the metro. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. It is not in a "touristy" area.

The air conditioning came in very handy during the intense summer heat. Great location too.

The property was so-so. The room was tiny. No extras. People at the hotel were friendly.

I had a some issues with the mold smell in one room, but the staff was very kind to change it.

As a solo traveler, my stay could not have been more pleasant. From when I walked in the door, the reception was superior. All of the people at the 24-hour desk coverage were knowledgeable and helpful. The lift was a great benefit, even though I was only on the second floor. When I opened the door to the room, I was surprised at the cleanliness and how up to date everything was. The room was small but comfortable for one person. The bathroom most importantly was spotless and was maintained that way through my eight day stay. What I enjoyed most was the double window Juliette balcony so that I could open and sit eating my morning croissant and afternoon glass of wine. The metro was around the corner and across the street. Not more then a minute walk. I usually do not write about my stay but this small hotel deserves my time and effort. Thanks to the staff for making my Paris stay memorable. Room was very small. There's no closet. Had to live out of our suitcase. If you're a big person you will not fit in the shower. Other than that, it was very clean and quiet. Lots of great eateries and cafés located very near. The metro is literally around the corner. Staff is very polite and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful time.

The first 2 nights the didn’t change towels, didn’t take empty shampo, they didn’t change comforts , they didn’t put extra paper towels but last night my 4 th night they did good
