Staff welcoming on arrival and courteous throughout our stay. Our room, which had a terrace and overlooked the pool, was clean, the bed was comfortable

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and had all the amenities we required. The breakfast included was a large selection, there was plenty to choose from. The outdoor pool area was kept tidy. We couldn’t fault the hotel and would recommend it!

Really impressed with the property and the location

Stunning hotel, very classy with very professional team and immaculate facilities and rooms. We were looking for a higher end hotel in Benidorm on the quieter side, south, of old town. The Murcure was great for that, and a better option for us than some of the similar bracketed properties on to the north of the old town, whilst still comfortably walkable around the main hotspots. We had a car, and onside parking was a bit pricey, but I found some safe street parking not far from the hotel and was comfortable leaving the car there with no issues. We would happily stay there again and had a fantastic stay. The deluxe room is highly recommended.

We stayed here for 5 days in April, Hotel is perfect for a quiet holiday just south of the old town in Benidorm. The hotel grounds are perfect and you could be anywhere in the world when laid by the pool. Breakfast included was great with plenty of choice. Only 5 minutes from the beach and the old town.

Brilliant hotel. Really clean

Staff members at the hotel are so helpful and always greet you with a smile. They made our stay very comfortable throughout the duration we were there. Hotel itself is very well maintained and nicely kept. Breakfast menu is wonderful. Very quite hotel and we had a nice relaxing holiday. Thank you. 😊

Great location , lovely pool area. Staff excellent they really are the best selling point of the hotel very professional and friendly. Finally food quality better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in.

The hotel was absolutely lovely, the staff were very king and thoughtful, I messaged ahead of our arrival as it was my partners birthday and they organised the room with a nice card and prepaid beverages for our arrival. Breakfast was nice not much variety but for a small hotel it’s understandable. Very happy with our stay, thank you so much.

Our visit was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were so friendly, attentive and expertly saw to any requests we had, which were very few. The included Breakfast was amazing, fresh and delicious. We loved the exterior, around the pool. With all the trees, it provided an oasis of calm and felt like we could've been on a tropical island. The internal soft lighting, chilled music and ample seating areas further enhanced the premium feel of the hotel. Altogether we enjoyed a fantastic break.

Good location, room quite basic but clean,breakfast plentiful, good value hotel.

Hotel was overall very good, breakfast was excellent, evening meal could be a better quality of the meats used were not what you expect from a 4 star hotel but evening meal wasn’t expensive. Room again was excellent

We had a very good stay at the Mercure Benidorm Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava at the reception, which was a lovely touch and made us feel immediately at home. The staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything was well organized. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall everything was nice and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Room was lovely with a great view overlooking the pool. All the staff were great! Breakfast was nice and the location was perfect! You can get to the crazy party easy enough but avoid it and stay in Poniente it's just beautiful
