Beautiful building but we were treated poorly from the minute I got in line at the front desk.

This is a beautiful property. Gorgeous grounds. Very professional and friendly staff. The public areas are welcoming and beautiful. Our room was perfect. A wonderful place to relax, enjoy great food and drink, and feel so comfortable.

Noisy. No parking. No elevator. Staff was not very helpful and did not give friendly vibes. QR codes for tipping everywhere. Room was not great; Small TV. Bathroom is terrible. Check-in at 4:00, and nothing earlier. Don’t buy their “chocolates” it’s expired.

Heather at the front desk was so friendly and helpful The manager at the restaurant was amazing and fit us in for a late dinner! The staff at breakfast in the castle were extremely friendly as well I can not say enough good things anout this lodge and the people that run it.. excellent stay

Beautiful property, excellent location for what we needed. Staff very friendly, dining and food amazing in the Garden bar. Room was large and four poster bed gave a great nights sleep. Very enjoyable would recommend.

I would recommend this place to others, friends and family. The room was very nice, clean and the atmosphere was fantastic. The restaurant served excellent food and the staff was friendly.
