Hotel was ok. Didn't like the fact the my car had to stay in a very busy street outside of the hotel.

Excelente servicio. Desafortunadamente no tienen estacionamiento ni agua caliente. Pero el servicio es impecable y siempre se notaron preocupados porque yo tuviera una excelente estancia, vigilan tu coche en la calle toda la noche!

The hotel is clean and nice stuff but AC worked in maximum only and a lot of noise came from the street

I visited this city to brezk my trip from veracruz to villahermosa. If you are a tourist dont bother stopping here. It is in the heart of the business district and foreigners are not treated in a freindly way. Hotelcstaff were ok but their location is awful. The room was tiny, not spotless. (Hair on floor around toilet). Brekky was ok. I decided not to stay the second night. Nothing to do in that city, it is a commer ial one. The long walk along the beach is in need of concrete repairs, it did not feel safe and thd beach side of the fence is the local tip most of the way. In spanish i found the city 'FEO' the hotel was ok for the price but not for a tourist. There is a hotel zone. I would head there if you have to stay here.

Hotel buena ubicación. Solo que está en una zona cerca del mercado. En general por su precio está bien:

es agradable, solo que no sirve el ascensor

Hotel para llegar a descansar de viaje de negocio o trabajo. El restaurante no cumplió servicio lento desayuno buffets caro y muy sencillo. En cuanto al estacionamiento en realidad está inpractico a dos cuadras del hotel..por la noche la zona está bastante solicitaría y lúgubre.

El hotel está cuidado, la comida es muy rica, está bien ubicado, lo único malo es que no teníamos agua caliente en el baño

Un edificio muy bonito con casilla de acceso y buen clima el único problema es que no funcionaba el elevador

La zona no muy bonita, pero es confortable el hotel.

No hubo agua caliente 2 dias, el segundo lo solucionaron pero me retraso en mis actividades lo cual fue un problema puesto que ya iba de salida para el aeropuerto, fue el unico detalle malo
