The property is beautiful, but the staff will leave you wanting more. This is a beautiful resort in a beautiful location. We found however compared to all inclusive resorts in other countries, the staff just had no desire to please the guests. There was no urgency or willingness to help. They just show up and do their jobs. Which for some people may be fine, but we are used to extreme levels of hospitality at all inclusive resorts. It all started from check in. We checked in after midnight which meant that the staff member who dropped us at our rooms was giving us a tour of the property in the pitch black. This left us to figure everything out ourselves the next day even though we explained to staff we got in late. Next was the housekeeping. The rooms were muggy and moldy. The bed was made but there was never a clean smell. In fact, it smelled like a dirty mop was being used. Next is concierge. There were instances on property that we discovered had an upcharge. When we asked about these restricted areas, we were only told, this is for prestige members. No one asked us if we wanted to become prestige members. Concierge didn’t make any effort to book reservations or excursions for us. Granted, we did not seek out any excursions, but again, the general lack of urgency from staff was not what we were used to. This is the first all inclusive vacation in my life where I tipped less than $50 the whole trip. Only the nice lady at breakfast went above and beyond. Would not recommend

The resort is not 5 stars. The rooms are nice, the rerritory isspacious, but layout is inconvenient, service is below average, and resort has numerous maintenence issues. The food is inconsistent. Coffee in main breakfast restaurant was terrible, kitchen was often smelling burnt food. Employees are disengaged and dont seem to care about doing a good job. It is definately overpriced. I wouldnt recommend staying there.

Terrible experience. Check-in was a total mess for 7 people and 4 rooms. 86 year old placed on a third floor of a building without an elevator. Had to argue to make them correct it. Actually none of the buildings in this Resort are accessible. None of them have elevators although this place was build in 2008 (no excuses that it’s an old property). Distances between rooms, restaurants, pools and lobby are huge, paved with irregular pavers. Wheelchairs are impossible to use due to the irregular surfaces. Internal golf cart system to transport elderly people is offered but waiting times were so long that we gave up using it. Signage providing directions throughout the property are almost non-existent. Impossible to know where you have to go to get to your building. Dozens of people lost throughout the property every day, begging for directions, totally frustrated. Majority of the staff doesn’t seem to be happy, although very few exceptions were very attentive and supportive. App that is highly recommend by the staff upon check-in is useless. Scheduling of Resort activities is never updated and internal map directions are also outdated. I learned that it doesn’t work because Spain is responsible for keeping it updated, so any local changes to activities have to be informed to Spain by email before they can update the App. Note: Spain is 5 hours ahead in time zone. Total non-sense. Pools were really good and food and drinks abundant and of good quality. I’ll never go back.

Had a fantastic 4 nights here. Everything first class , service impeccable and so friendly but this is Bahia is the norm. Got and early 10 am checkin and upgrade room w/ double balcony very nice thanks hotels.com. BUT they did not inform us that there is a loud music & voice side and a quiet side. We got the party side and as we’re in our 70’s you’d think it would have been important to mention. Was loud from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm so an afternoon nap was impossible. Buffet choices in English would be nice as Grand Palladium did. So if get room you like this is a superior resort. Food at Bahia & Gormet restaurants truly excellent. Just wish we could’ve seen the smiling faces of staff but masks won’t be forever. Bravo to the people of Brasil as mask up was universal and taken seriously unlike the nonsense here in the USA. And no tipping adds to value unlike what we saw in Mexico. Just hope staff is given a living wage.

Um resort otimo, para ir com familias e amigos. Como há várias piscinas, há opções de mais descanso ou mais agito. A comida e a bebida também é bastante justa com varias opções.

The hotel is fantastic ! The food, oh my Gosh ! The food is so good and so fresh, the staff is attentive and kind. We played tennis every day, some courts needs attention ( net was broken and bathroom was dirty). the special restaurants were awesome, we bought 2 bottles of wine with reasonable prices, again , the food and care is amazing. The shows at night were cool too. We watched boogie night, Michael Jackson and Bahia. The spa is very good, they probably need more spa attendants, but the massage was fantastic ! The pool area and activities were great. We had friends staying at Bahia , and we were able to visit several restaurants in both properties. I will definitely return to this hotel. I love I was treated and now I'll try to use Iberostar in Mexico and the Caribbean as well. Kudos to all staff members that made our vacation memorable. Thank you so much !!!!!

The hotel is huge, with several pools and entertainment options of the kids. The service staff is amazing and everything works. If you want to have good time with your family and kids, this is the place to be. However, the hotel is showing some signs that may require renovation soon.

Cama grande confortavel, quarto amplo e agradável com vista do mar de verdade. Tem uma parte mais barulhenta por causa das atividades de animação, se quiser silêncio e sossego, peça para ficar longe. A comida é otima, muito variada. Os restaurantes temáticos são ótimos e só podem ser reservados a depender do número de diárias que você vai ficar, o que foi uma má notícia pra mim. As bebidas são variadas e muito boas. Alguns garçons te servem na piscina, embora demore bastante às vezes. O SPA é itimo para descansar. As medidas de contenção à covid são realmente levadas a sério
