Very nice place.

La gente súper querida, el desayuno delicioso, la piscina muy buena y el servicio en la piscina muy bueno.

The WiFi was horrible. Not the best neighborhood. The breakfast was outstanding! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good. Staff nice. The property was in good place. The only thing was the first day we didn’t have water heater. I missed a hair dryer, but they provided one, I preferred to have in the room.

There was no shower head in the shower.

The photos and description of this property are misleading. The breakfast served old fruit and watery eggs. The room didn’t have anything listed in the room description. It was dirty and old. With so many other hotels in Barranquilla, why stay here?

I didn't like the area

I had Room 206, the lowest room in the hotel on the corner of the building. It overlooked the pool and breakfast room. They played loud music in the pool from 8am to 8pm all day. They also played music from the breakfast room. This was a very uncomfortable stay. They refused to switch rooms or give a refund. There was also a banquet room nearby which was not used, but also could have provided noise too. The room was also dated. The corner room also absorbed all the noise at night from the street. Probably the worst hotel experience that I ever had. Do not stay here. Try another hotel or upgrade to another one in Barranquilla.

25 COP ($6 USD) for taxi from BAQ to hotel. Cabbies vary, but you can haggle. Hotel Staff was great. Karen and Gabriella, in the dining room are excellent, always attentive and genial. Pool closed for maintenance on Mondays, closes daily at 7:50.PM; most inconvenient. Steam room and dry sauna were out of order. Room was without hot water for 2 days. I told the front desk, the 3rd morning and they turned it on, before 10AM. Bathroom was spacious, shower was large and very good water pressure. Toilet takes work to flush, regardless of contents; very low pressure. Only two towels, no face or hand cloths. Soap and shampoo provided. In room fridge works well, after you plug it in. No currency exchange, in hotel. Need to walk out, take a right and if the one a few doors down is closed, walk another few blocks and there are several, on the opposite corner. Free Breakfast varies by day and was very good. Hamburgers are very good. Dinner was excellent! Had some shrimp in a sauce combo. Beer and scotch at very good prices! Yes, I would return here.

They did not honor hour guaranteed reservation and tried charging our card for the whole amount instead of pay at hotel. Then when we arrived 1 hour before checkin they already gave out room. No apologies, no help finding an alternative. I WAS HOMELESS IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY!

El personal es muy amable. Desde la entrada, en el Rest París (María fue excepcional) y las que arreglan las habitaciones. Sí lo recomendaría.

Great Hotel!! The suites are huge and very affordable. Great area with supermarkets nearby , 7 minute walk to the Stadium where alot of major performances go on. I would definitely stay again.

My reservation was for 5 people with balcony, we got 4 beds with out balcony and the AC remote control was broken

This hotel I believe was a Wyndham hotel. I can’t believe Wyndham would allow their name to be on this hotel. My experience with Wyndham has always been that of classy elegant hotels. This hotel was run down outdated with poor equipment and unkept

Room was paid in advance for 3 persons; including 1 double bed and 2 twin beds (saw pictures). We were given a room with 3 twin beds (bait and switch). Hotel would not refund or accommodate in any way.

Breakfast is nice. Room structure is terrible. The coffee maker is out of order and A/C is not really funtion well .

The staff was friendly but if my wife didn’t speak Spanish the check in and check out would have been a lot more difficult. I am most grateful for the special request of flowers and wine that the staff had waiting in the room. On a side note, the AC in our first room did not work properly and as a result we were moved to a different location. All in all, the stay was comfortable but didn’t make a lasting impression.
