Getting old, needs some updates. Okay to stay for a night.

Check in & check out were quick and very courteous staff. Also forgot toothpaste and guest services too care of us in a pinch.

Our room was lovely and very clean. Staff were extremely friendly

The room was fine. I’m not sure i understand the charges. $246 to Expedia what was the $44 to the hotel. I thought it was just the one charge. This was my first time using the service to book a room.

There are only 2 large towels and 2 facecloths in room . Nowhere’s to hang towels so if you take 2 showers your towel is wet .

The time for check in was standing in a line up for an hour with no explanation of what was taking so long with like 20-30 people in line

Very disappointed to get a $4 charge upon leaving ….ANOTHER tacky fee they should have just included in the price.

Waiting time for check-in was lengthy … about 40 minutes! After travelling no one wants to stand in line for that long! The keys didn’t work well as they were changing them. The electricity was being turned off at 10:00 am next day … checkout was supposed to be11:00 am!!! Room was clean but lighting was very poor … in bathroom it was impossible to put on makeup, etc. & bedside lamps in bedrooms were so low we couldn’t read.

Room was magnificent, mattress was extremely comfortable, staff were super sweet

Our room was quite comfortable and we loved the easy access and close proximity to the casino. The lounging areas were also quite cozy. We always stay here and look forward to another return!
