Beautiful room.

Everything was great. Except the Bathroom sink was a little slow the drain, exhaust fan fan didn't work. Room was Clean, staff at the dest and staff at the Hub restaurant was excellent.

Everything was perfect

Didn’t use the gym but looked equipped. Staff was alright. Room was clean and roomy. Heating unit made a lot of noise and walls are thin so I could hear the neighbors coughing at 5 am.

Clean room, shower wasn’t my favourite but overall great!

We were attending a concert in the venue so we decided to spend the night. Everything was amazing from easy check-in, to a spacious, clean room, a wonderful supper in the restaurant,to a great concert in the venue… five star on all

Only one person working the front desk so check in was a bit slow. Also the deadbolt on our room was damaged as if someone had tried to kick in the door. I didn’t notice until bedtime which made me feel a bit unsafe as a woman and child travelling alone. Also the alarm clock in our room was set to go off at 530am which was very annoying. The room was very large and clean, we did enjoy our stay.

We have stayed at this hotel many times when taking in a show at the Casino. Check-in is never smooth, but this time was the worst. Despite a 4:00 pm check-in time (the latest check-in time possible for most hotels), rooms were not ready. The lobby was filled with people waiting for rooms. My husband asked the front desk staff if there were other rooms available, but absolutely no effort was made to put us in a room which might have been ready. We had a 5:15 pm reservation at a restaurant in town and planned to freshen up before hand. Unfortunately that wasn’t possible, so off to the restaurant we went, a bit more casual in appearance than we wanted to be. There is a long list of “rules” clients are to follow while staying at this hotel. I think most hotel clients probably have two expectations for any hotel: the room is ready at check-in time and the room is clean. Well, in this case at least the room was clean. We did not feel welcome, so we will not be returning, nor do we recommend this establishment.

Clean room very comfortable

I was excited to stay here for the first time but unfortunately was disappointed and won’t return. The room was okay, but there were cleanliness issues — a rust stain on the kitchen floor, a dirty mini fridge, and a coffee-stained cup left behind. Children are not permitted in the restaurant, as the only access is through the casino, This made it difficult while traveling as a family.

The property was beautiful!! We stayed on the top floor suits. Tons of room! Comfy beds. Cleanliness was next level! Only thought I had is the tv stand and shelving seems to be showing its age. With loose door hinges and visible wearing. But overall 10-10. Definitely recommend this place!
