Room near BTS station and Siam center. However, the toilet water is weak, sometimes it takes a long time to flush, causing inconvenience. This is the only thing that is low rating (maybe because I live on the 15th floor, the water pressure is weak)

We had a pleasant 3-night stay at this hotel. Our deluxe room with a balcony was spacious and offered a great view of Siam. The location is unbeatable: under 5 minutes to the BTS, a 7-Eleven nearby, and easy walking distance to MBK and Siam (or just one BTS stop). A standout was the concierge, who provided truly exceptional service – so helpful and friendly! The only minor issue was that the wardrobe in our room was quite old and seemed on the verge of breaking. However, this was a small detail and didn't detract from our overall positive experience. We'd definitely consider staying here again for its prime location and excellent service.

Close to One Siam (Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Central World), 160 m from BTS Ratchathewi, If from ARL Suvarnabhumi can get off BTS Phaya Tai Continue Green Line Get off to BTS Ratchathewi. Then walk a little if you want to MBK. Or if you want to Icon Siam can from BTS Ratchathewi get off Silom Change to Gold Line. 7-11 Store in front of the bus stop. There is an ATM in the hotel lobby if you want. Withdraw cash. Rooms are not too big but clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very close to Siam. There is convenient parking. The room is clean and the bed is very soft. I got a corner room with a very beautiful night view. If I go to that area again, I will stay here again.

The hotel is in a perfect location, easy to get around. The room is ok for the price but the soundproofing is not good, at night the guests in other rooms come back late and talk quite loudly. The air conditioner is old so it is very loud, easy to cause insomnia.

All the staff are very friendly, especially the male door greeter who is very helpful.

As a Muslim, I wish the in-house had halal food. Otherwise, I’m satisfied with this hotel.
