Hicimos la reserva a traves de hoteles.com y el hotel no registro nuestra reserva nos tuvieron casi dos horas esperando a que hoteles.com nos ayudara el cual super amable y atento en todo momento y cuando el hotel se dio cuenta de l error nos dejaron hacer el check in 2 horas perdidas sin pila, la atencion pesima…

Staff was kind enough to let me know all the details of my stay. Room was clean and amenities were just right. Tough i had a bit of a trouble try to connect my streaming apps to the room’s smart tv, it was a pretty good 1 night stay.

Excellent value, perfectly located for me right next to casino. Clean, safe, well staffed. Everything worked.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Pool chaise lounges were in dire need of repair. They had 4 and all 4 needed repair of some kind. They were falling apart.

No elevator and they didn't care. Little coffee was $2.50 with no refills. No smoking even outside at the small pool or a $200.00 fine

It was a wonderful experience to stay at the Ambiance suite. I spent a few weeks there as a solo traveler. The room was large and comfortable. It felt like a small studio apartment. The staff were very helpful. I felt safe staying there. Thank you!

The property was a good value for the room. When I was there, they were sprucing the place up with a fresh coat of paint. The housekeeper did a great job too!

I booked this hotel because of lots of great reviews, but it’s okay okay room with so so facilities. The toilet flushing and the shower weren’t good, There were no workers who spoke English in that hotel(we didn’t mind it) but we literally misunderstood about “free” breakfast and we had to pay $$. The hotel workers were friendly and helpful but other than that I couldn’t give 4 stars, more like 2.5
