This was perfect for us on a stop to the alps. Very clean and staff could not have been anymore helpful. Would recommend the breakfast.

Stayed one night, very nice hotel, clean, near enough to town to find a good restaurant, good range of breakfast options though no cooked hot food. No noise problem at all a we had a room not overlooking either road. Can imagine it might be slightly noisier if facing the main road but even so, good glazing should deal with that. Bathroom needs towel rails fitted because as soon as you've used a towel there's nowhere to hang it apart from one tiny metal hook high up on a wall.

This hotel has a perfect location for us and we have used it several times already. It is as expected (condition, cleanliness, service). We just find it rather impersonal. But we will stay again.

Staff are very friendly. Hotel decor is old and need a revamp. Breakfast is ok and definitely not value for money. Breads did not seem fresh. They don’t have a kitchen as such, they just warm up food in the oven or microwave. Hotel bar is limited. Not kettle in the room, had to ask for it and it was quickly provided. No English channels on TV. Hotel is not value for money, quite the opposite.

Had everything we needed, this time we even had a kettle (the last visit there was no kettle). The breakfast is great and the prepared meals are really tasty as was the wine. Easy parking. Nothing negative to say. Good value for money

This hotel is positioned between 2 busy main roads so road noise is areal negative ,we found it very difficult to sleep. We were on the ground floor so did not have a window instead we had a tilt and turn glass door when we stayed it was very hot so had limited ventilation at night the combination of heat, no air and road noise spoilt our stay. We went for an evening walk and were surprised to find 350 meters from the hotel a prison the prisoners were shouting from the windows at first we thought we were mistaken so when we got home we went on the internet and yes it was a prison so not the best of locations.

We stayed one night at the hotel after visiting Canadian war memorials. Room was clean and offered good value for the price we paid. Parking was easy and the staff were friendly.

Very pleasant place to stay with good access to the surrounding areas and easy walking to a good restaurant. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

An overnight stay booked on the internet. Clean, modern, small room but nice.

It was OK, but also my first stay in Douai. Would have to compare price to the Ibis and such for a better feeling for teh area. Nice staff and good breakfast. Rooms are a bit dated and heating so-so.

The room was very basic ,only one cup between two of us,the plastic cups we used one night from the bathroom were not replaced the next day,toilet rolls not topped up ,we had to request one from reception.the breakfast was very basic and over priced.We were asked to pay our bill on the 2nd day of our 4 night stay.Restaurants very hard to find open in the evening.definitely a 2 star hotel.

Endroit calme avec parking

Un hôtel confortable, pas trop loin du centre ville de Douai, très bien pour une halte d'une nuit ou deux et le personnel est très agréable.

Chambre mal isolée, autant dormir avec les voisins. Acceuil correct, mais une fois l’échange fait pas de volonté d’aider le client. Discours très peu courtois après avoir demander des explications.

Accueil parfait, chambre confortable et petit déjeuner tout à fait satisfaisant. Je recommande cet hôtel!
