I liked the quiet and the cleanliness. I was visiting from Canada and the staff was very helpful (mainly Jessie and Imad). The free shuttle to and from the airport was a huge plus and room service was great! Breakfast buffet was very filing and the staff were nice.

Was big room at the hotel and much space to move in

I was pleasantly surprised - the staff was attentive, polite and accommodating - the lobby is beautiful - the room was large, very clean and modern thought not top shelf it was excellent overall. I stayed in the adjoining building where the hallways were a bit worn but not an issue. The morning buffet was 5-star quality and was available from 6am-11:30am which provides a great deal of flexibility. The hotel picked me up the morning of my arrival and dropped me at the airport upon departure - a fantastic complimentary service. The only issue is the construction behind the hotel is somewhat unsightly but realistically there was no noise or practical problems at all. Overall the Safir Fintas Kuwait is an excellent choice and highly recommended.

Staff were helpful especially at the checking in process. Facilities and room lighting need some improvement.

Clean, good buffets, good service and much more reasonably priced compared to other similar American hotel chains in the area which I usually stay at when traveling to Kuwait on business. I will be staying here again.

Had trouble with wireless connection. Asked to solve it for 2 days but left hotel without solving it for me.

not give a sea view as reserved but there was construction that side not a big loss
