Very nice hotel, located near the main road, quiet and cozy. Breakfast was pretty good,staff was great and friendly! Ver good option to stay @ Calafate

The hotel is basic. Food was not great.

The room was very neat, the mattress very comfortable, Queen bed and one twin BBC extra. The staff very helpful.

The staff were consistently great. The hotel is a short walk from the center of town and it seems that it’s on the route for the major tours to perform their pick ups.

Staff were very helpful and provided information that helped our self guided tour of the area

This property was very clean and had friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. It was walking distance from restaurants and shops. Only negative, the heat in the hallway so hot it made our room hot. We slept with an open window each night.

The service was terrible. It took us more than 30 minutes to check-in due to inefficient system and personnel. The check out time was 10am and when we requested for 11am check out they said it was not possible and the way they replied to our request was terrible. Also, please don't try their happy hour menu. That was the worst burger that I ever had.

Quite and clean, two stories and no elevator.

I loved the terrace outside! The room was big enough for two. It was easy to get the bus terminal. Next door, there was a nice restaurant also. The water pressure in bathroom was very low and the heating system was extremely noisy. + Basic breakfast.

The sound isolation is too bad

I had a great stay at this hotel. It is not right in the middle of town but also not an overly long walk - plus it was quiet and on a lovely piece of property. The room was nothing fancy but clean and quite large. Bed was fine. The young man at the desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Helpful staff but no water pressure at all in 2 rooms. Restaurant limited go elsewhere. Hallways dark to conserve energy. Good views and near to the bus station but not too close to town without steep hill and rugid roads.
