Era bueno pero mi aire acondicionado no servía

Plain, cold room just a bed and a "table." Clogged sink, clogged shower flooded the bathroom, broken window cannot close very cold in the morning, AC with no heating, closets with no hangers. Dark hallways, no windows. Lighting controlled by movement sensors by sections. Slow internet. Second room was worst next to an electrical substation humming all day. No refunds so I had to stay as I booked several nights. ------- Mala experiencia. No es un hotel de tres estrellas. Mi primer cuarto con muchos problemas: El desague del lavabo estaba tapado; el desague de la regadera estaba tapado y se inundaba el bano; la lampara junto a la cama no funcionaba; la ventana del cuarto no podia cerrar bien y entraba el aire frio en la manana; el aire acondicionado solo da aire frio y no calefaccion (mantenimiento dijo que es en todo el hotel.) Cambie de cuarto pero no fue mejor. Otro cuarto frio sin decoracion, solo con cama y "mesa", pero ahora junto a una subestacion electrica que zumbaba todo el dia. Los closets sin puertas ni ganchos de ropa. Los pasillos del hotel son oscuros. No hay ventanas. Hay sensores de movimiento que prenden la luz de la seccion por donde caminas solamente. El ruido y musica de los cuartos se oye desde tu cuarto. La alberca estaba llena a un 75%, el piso del fondo esta roto, faltan azulejos, y el agua era de un tono verde. El internet es lento. Al registrarte firmas que aceptas que no hay reembolsos y si manchas cualquier cosa la pagas nueva.

I have to wait for check in and the conditions of the room not good

The hotel was lacking warmth and upkeeping. There was mold in the shower, the majority of the staff weren’t very friendly (the housekeeping team were the nicest and most friendly) and the place had a dingy feel about it. However the pool was fine and the beds comfy enough. Not great light and a bad view

The area is close to most of main landmarks. And lots of restaurants around the area. I definitely recommend this area

I stay at this hotel one night per month for doctor's appointment in the area. The hotel is excellent for the price and location with great service and a nice pool lounge.

The room was ok and decent, but I didn’t like that it was licking water from above the mirror I think from ac piping.

Staff at the hotel were rude.

The neighborhood was safe alot of dining areas great places

I was able to enjoy all the restaurants near by. 4 star great food from gourmet to high end.

Las camas son tan viejas e incomodas que al simple hecho de cambiar de posicion rechinaban, al mas minimo movimiento rechinaba ademas los colchones parecian rocas de duroa. La cortina del baño muy corta todo El Piso del sanitario se mojaba

I'ved stayed here before, avarage service room gets very hot. Walking distance to many restaurants etc.

Staff was friendly. Overall a good stay.

Housekeeping was not the best. Showers were old and sometimes not working. I had to change rooms the first day because of a broken shower.
