Friendly staff, lots of amenities in the area.

This location met my expectations, considering the low price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Expedia mentioned that there would be a free continental breakfast, but this location did not have that feature. They did have complimentary coffee, and a $5 voucher for Stacked Pancake House across the street.

During check-in someone else came in after me and the desk clerk interrupted helping me to help him. The person was carrying a case of beer and said he couldn’t remember what room his friend told him he was in. The person said a name but did not sound sure and the desk clerk just gave out the room number without asking for ID or calling the guest first. So scary to just have the guest’s room number given out without any confirmation!

Was sooo pleasantly surprised. Greeted by very friendly staff and quick check-in. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Very clean and simple rooms with a fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet for such a busy sports weekend in Red Deer. It was in a perfect location for our 1 night stay for a sport competition. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. This is a very basic hotel, but I was not surprised as the cost for one night was minimal. A small coffee maker in the room would have been appreciated.

Room was small, simple and clean. Nothing fancy which was fine for us! Staff was friendly, room was clean and hotel is in a quiet location so no road nosie. Fridge and microwave is in the room, but no coffee maker which was the only downside but there is coffee provided down in the lobby.

Yes room was very clean. Only complaint i have is the pillows. Only 1 and as soon as you lay on it it collapses. Very uncomfortable sleep.

Sufficient parking. Good value for a quick stay.

Parking was ok, it was very icy in tge parking lot.

The room was small, but it served the purpose. The legs on the chair at the desk stuck out. Stubbed my toe a couple of times on a leg. We came and left happy with our selection. Thank you, Motel 6.

Staff was great! They were quick to rectify my previous concern with my deposit not being returned to me after my last stay. I will continue to stay here and recommend their hotel.

Everything was great minus the fact they still have my deposit and its been 2 weeks since my stay. I was told it'd be returned when i checked out and still has not been returned. I'll be staying there again tonight and see what they have to say when I won't be giving anothwr deposit considering they still have my deposit:)
