Very clean room, staff were lovely, we didn’t order breakfast as there’s a Wetherspoons opposite the hotel (nice breakfast) didn’t have to use the car park as we travelled by coach to Aberdeen. Would certainly recommend the hotel, and would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Huge pile of sausages but no one was game enough to try them as they were so pale they didn’t look cooked. I decided no and watched about 8 other people decide the same as me that it wasn’t worth the risk. I had planned to point it out to staff but then someone went over n sorted something and rearranged the sausages and walked off so I didn’t see any point

Comfy beds and a walk-in shower.

Ideal base for staying in Aberdeen centre, clean and staff were lovely. Rooms were extremely clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely book again

Aberdeen was a beautiful town of the northeast of Scotland. The hotel was very convenient and accommodating. The staff were lovely. Very helpful.

Lovely hotel, central, staff friendly, breakfast excellent, room good size and spotless. Car park adjacent to hotel.

Excellent stay.

Had to leave early due to a fire so unable to speak to reception as had train to catch. On arrival one member of the reception team was extremely rude and unhelpful, the other lady very polite. Room was basic, lots of marks on the walls, doorstop in bathroom hanging off. Bed was very uncomfortable as just 2 singles pushes together.

Conveniently located in downtown Aberdeen. 24 hour parking in the garage next door.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job tidying the room and providing clean towels every day. Breakfast was very good, with fresh ingredients and a good variety. The staff was very pleasant.

A hotel which does not have room service. They should mention it on the hotel web page with so many other things mentioned. Staff is courteous and helpful. A restaurent which only serves breakfast and dinner is closed way early. So ig anyone coming in late.. eat and come or get your own food. A good location and clean though. Oh , the parking is a bit of a struggle - the connecting door to the parking building is not fixed for a long time , which is a disclaimer given at the time of the checkin.

Great hotel, and great location

The stay at the park in was ok. The curtains in the room were insufficient. With daylight at 4am, the whole room was lit up and made it hard to sleep. I was going to bring up this issue at check out, but was not even asked how my stay was. See attached photos at 4am.

Convenient for Union Street, excellent stay

Very comfortable stay! Great location and easy check in and check out. We ate the breakfast because it was included in our stay, but it was only okay, not great. Otherwise I wouldn't have paid extra for cold eggs and beans.

Room was clean and comfortable with good basic options available! The breakfast was the best thing - it was very good
