This is the worst Pullman stay I ever have. We got a dusty and old room nuance, and the bathroom floor was never cleaned as we stayed there for 4 nights (I won't imagine the room carpets, since a sharp object was found). They never changed the bed sheets too, even when we put the clean-up room sign. They only replaced the towel, and on the second night, I placed an object on the bathroom floor to check if they cleaned it; it turned out they didn't. Ambiance/Facilities: Need more light on the corridor from the main building into tower 3. Food: - Staff Assistance: Please remove any grumpy face if we ask for directions or any extra water or towel (sometimes your cleaning staff forgets to provide it during cleaning). Highlights: If there are any other global chain hotels in the area, I will recommend it. Price: Worth the penny on strategic locations. Location: It's strategic, and I think that's what we pay for.

Ac central didnt work properly, too warm, we already asked room service they said already fixed it but still didn’t work they didnt make up the rooms

Good hotel, just a bit old style. Don't trust the hotel person who offered you a ride to Glass Bridge because it's more expensive than Didi Taxi.

The hotel is good, the facilities are okay, just the request for a deposit is too high. Greater than the price of the room per night. They asked for a 1000 yuan deposit.
