Great last min hotel

Bed was comfortable, a/c worked great. Room and hotel was very clean. We left the hotel really early, so we didn’t get to try the breakfast buffet, but they had to go breakfast that I really appreciated. I was very happy with our stay. The only thing I didn’t like, is the water pressure in the shower was weak. This was our first time to try Hampton Inn. We will definitely stay at a Hampton Inn again.

The rooms were very clean.

Katie at the front desk was very helpful and very accommodating. She brought us a fridge and a microwave in our room. It was unexpected and a very pleasant surprise and wonderful service.

Front desk was amazing in helping us get checked in early so we could make it to our tournament. Very friendly!

This did not seem like a Hampton Inn quality hotel. We stay at Hampton Inn regularly, in many different cities and between staff training and communication as well as hotel cleanliness and upkeep, this did not fit the Hampton Inn mold. We will not be staying at this location again.

Very old no fridge in room

Very good property. Courteous staff. Breakfast was especially good quality with lots of choices.

Everyone was extremely nice and overall it was clean. But it didn’t have a refrigerator.

Poor customer service

Issues at check in with reservation. Took 20 minutes and I was the only 1 in line.

There wasn’t a microwave or refrigerator in the room. The pool area was so suffocating because there was no way to ventilate it when the whirlpool was on.

Property was maintained nicely and services were good
