Great location, comfy room, friendly staff!!

Super friendly staff

Booked this location as a last minute change to our stay and was well worth it. The location is perfect, everything worth visiting in Pittsburgh was no more than 10 mins away. Perfect place to stay if you are going to a pirates or Steelers game. We loved it

It was fine

No microwave in rooms (for the cost I think it could be added); elevators had old vomit in them. I understand it may have been a rough night but several workers raid the elevators only to prove that they did see it

Had king suite, picture had been taken off wall and metal braces still on wall. Floor was not vacuumed, crumbles on floor and shower handle not attached to wall. Otherwise, the room was nice.

The hotel was at a perfect location for walking around and getting good food. The rverwalk was beautiful with lots of statues. Tom's bar had amazing drinks and food. The hotel staff was very nice. Our room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view.

Convenient location was the best part about this hotel. Easy walk to PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium.

It was a great first time stay at the Hyatt! Close to everything, easy parking, and we were able to check in early!

Great location can get way overpriced for concerts , 4 pm check in sucks too but breakfast is good

Great location close to sports and breakfast was great. Room was clean and the hotel was quiet.

My bathroom floor had hair all around the edges and nothing was filled in the bathtub, ie, shampoo, cond, body wash. My housekeeper tried, but she did not speak english so she couldn't understand what I was asking her to do. There was no sticky mat inside the bathtub. My elderly sister, who was having open heart surgery the next morning, almost fell in the tub as it was slippery. The carpet needed cleaning. Otherwise, the rest was clean and comfortable.

Stay went well, Hotel is clean and affordable but the staff needs re-training or development.

The hotel is perfectly located. Area is safe, beautiful and near restaurants, bars and the stadiums. Most of the staff have a poor service actitude. The hotel doesnt feel clean as well. We had to ask every day, several times for fresh towels and for then to take out the trash, etc.

Close to venue

Front desk staff was stellar. Very helpful and very friendly! Breakfast area could have used someone to clean up throughout. Bed was insanely comfortable!!
