Good overall service, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only critique my husband and I had is that the area around the hotel was a bit sketchy at night.

Hotel was nice. Great to have water and coffee machines available at all times. Room was spacious and well maintained. However, the entrance of the hotel faced a small side street that looked like a back alley. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant.

Not bad

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. The location was mixed. It's just a couple of minutes from transit stops and not too far from some good restaurants recommended by the staff. However, we felt a little bit uncomfortable walking from the hotel to the main street. It wasn't real bad, but it wasn't really good.

Staff was awesome! The rooms were clean, location of the hotel was right in the middle of the city. I highly recommend and will definitely book another stay.

Everything was enjoyable. Additionally, there is a parking lot conveniently located near the hotel.

Bonjour Nous venons de passer 7 nuits là-bas. Nous sommes du Québec, j’avais réservé via expédia. Tout était parfait pour nous. Nous avons même pu avoir notre chambre à 14:00 ce qui nous a permis de se reposer considérant le vol et le décalage horaire!!! Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel super sympathique. Proche de la station de Métro. Facile à pied du centre de Bruxelles. Puis accessible facile à un stationnement souterrain. Je recommande 😊

Clean room, other reviews state rooms are small I do not agree plenty for two to explore Brussels. Near to Louise station which is 4 metro stops from Midi where our coach from the airport stopped. We were close to the lobby which concerned me as people relax here and it can be loud. Didn’t cause any issues was very quiet. Great little find and would return. Shutters on windows a great feature for a nice lie in.

We had a nice stay over the weekend, our room was spacious and had good amenities, we always appreciate having a kettle in the room as my husband & like our hot drinks. It was very accessible and near the main parts of Brussels as advertised! We also had a little flood in our bathroom after using the big shower, really good pressure but the drain wasn’t quite working properly and the receptionist were quick to respond and help us - was easily sorted!

Rooms were massive, staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious.. couldn’t fault it at all and would definitely use the hotel chain in other parts of Europe.

Clean, good location

Unfortunately the room was noisy and light even at night. The curtain is so thin that light comes in the room from the corridor all night in 609. There is also intermittent water sounds from the bathroom that sound like the cistern is filling up. So the bed was comfortable, but it made sleep particularly disturbed.
