Clean room, good breakfast, staff very friendly

Staff friendly and helpful, good size room and clean, everything you need was in the room.

It a very safe area with many of the site attraction in close distance. Staff was super nice and very helpful.

Great hotel, very clean, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, great pool, gym, location is close to everything. Rate is 10/10. I’ll stay there again.

Needed a place to stay after visiting family. Very pleasant and clean room. The most comfortable bed I have slept in for many years.

Caros, conheço o Bourbon há muito (desde que era Quality, na verdade). Gosto muito do hotel, mas infelizmente neste último sábado tive uma péssima, péssima experiência. Inicialmente, no check in, houve uma certa demora excessiva, pois um casal que estava à frente, ao que tudo indica, havia reservado um quarto para não fumantes, mas ao chegarem, só havia quarto para fumantes. O atendente da recepção tentou, mas não havia outro quarto disponível. O casal até tentou ir ao quarto e verificar se suportariam o cheiro, mas optaram por embora. Eu também iria, para ser bem sincero. Mas tudo bem quanto a isso, já que a demora foi apenas para tentar solucionar o problema. Se não tivesse problema, não teria havido demora. O problema foi que ao finalizarmos o check in, fomos direcionados ao quarto 1409, que para a nossa surpresa, ESTAVA OCUPADO. Minha namorada e eu demos de cara com uma moça, que, claro, não gostou nada do ocorrido. Voltamos à recepção e o atendente já sabia. Pediu desculpas. Nos colocou, então, no quarto 1410. Ao chegarmos, identificamos que era a parte conjugada do 1409. O atendente trancou a porta entre quartos, mas o nosso tinha duas camas de solteiro ao invés de uma de casal. Isso porque eu reservei um QUARTO LUXO e acabei por hospedar num conjugado, já que, segundo o atendente, não havia outra acomodação disponível (de nenhuma categoria). Foi tudo muito frustrante, cansativo e desgastante, além de não ter ficado na acomodação reservada e paga.

I booked this hotel for my brother and his wife. I only reserved the room for 1 guest and when they were checking in, my brother had to pay extra só his wife could stay with him. This is outrageous. I’ve never heard of such a thing.

Hotel bem localizado, café da manhã muito bom e ótimas instalações. Apenas uma insatisfação quanto aos travesseiros, que eram muito moles!

Suited for business traveler, 15 min to the shopping area. Room and bed are nice and comfortable. Seems to only have a small lobby bar. Breakfast is decent.

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast buffet, excellent service at the restaurant, big rooms with very comfortable beds, good channels on TV, nice shower, and taxis at the hotel front door (which you can pay for using a credit card, fabulous!). Wish pool were a bit warmer and that they would exchange dollars for reais! Still, will stay again.

Family room was really enjoyable. It was very comfort to access each other between rooms. Services were acceptable as expected. Food quality and variation was also better than usual. English signs were available at everywhere so people who don't speak Portuguese like us could feel easier. One thing we found regrettable at the hotel entrance was poor boy standing in front the entrance asking money.
