Service was excellent

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The service was exceptional, and the restaurant did a fantastic job tailoring our vegetarian needs. The cups used were so pretty; we were hoping to buy a set for ourselves but were pleasantly surprised to receive two as souvenirs. Such a warm and thoughtful gesture! We will definitely be coming back again and highly recommend this place. The view of the pier was also breathtaking! Thank you for a memorable stay!

This is amazing hotel within the medieval city of Yvoire. Clean, comfy beds, beautiful room and wonderful staff. We highly recommended this hotel. However, parking is an issue. They offer parking for 10 euros per day, or you can find parking in the public lot for 3 euros per day. Either way, it is a but of a walk to get to the hotel. Anyone with mobility issues may find it difficult, especially with baggage.

Wonderful stay - great location in medieval village. Make sure you can drag your luggage up and down a hill because parking is a ways away.

Photos do not look at all like the rooms, foyer had a cream carpet with black pulled through it where suit cases had been pulled, no life or energy go this hotel, no bar service, no food service and no presence from members of staff 2nd floor room view of the lake blocked by overgrown trees not maintained Would not recommend anyone go stay here

The view was very nice and the room is climatized. Not a 4 star for services, room’s goodies and facilities. Very disappointing… I wouldn’t come back at this price.

Great location, loved how close it was to walk and get boats. Service at the hotel was good and friendly. Breakfast was tasty and options.

We booked an air conditioned room with a view of the lake. Our first room, while facing the lake, had a view of untrimmed hedges.On the second night, we were moved to a room on the second floor which did have a view, but alas, the ac didn’t work. The front desk attendant tried to fiddle with the controls, but failed to get it to work. We asked to be move to a room with a working ac. The attendant said he would call the director and come back to let us know. He never came back. The hotel is well situated in the town and the staff is friendly. But not having ac in the summer is a real problem, and they should not advertise a view for rooms that don’t have one. For the price we paid, we were disappointed and would not stay there again.

Quiet, clean hotel. Dinner was good There is NO parking on site - it cost 20 Euros to park overnight in the nearest public car park - about 10 minutes walk away. Please correct the online information

Great hotel in a storybook town. Loved my stay there. Had a great room with a balcony overlooking the lake. Highly recommend this hotel.

I had no idea how horrible the parking situation would be at this hotel. The parking lot was like .5km from the hotel. I had very heavy bags and could not get them to my room because of the rock walkways, hills and rain conditions. It I asked for a credit for the second night of my reservation but the hotel declined. I ended up leaving and not even staying there for one night. Bottom line is that it was a very disappointing experience!

Wonderful location on lake, beautiful 14th century small walled city , had ferries available close to montreaux, Geneva and Chamonix for lake and mountains fantastic

Absolutely amazing stay! One of my favorite places now! I loved my balcony overlooking the water - it was so peaceful! And the receptionists were so kind and friendly. The restaurant on the water was amazing as well - those views!

My room had 8 spiders occupying much of the ceiling, two of them very large by any European standard. A few more, freshly killed, were blotches on the ceiling A bit too much wildlife indoors
