Great location and service!!!

Close to beach and very helpful staff

Wonderful dinner buffet

The hotel was very convenient for the beach (100 metres), the Grau and there were plenty bars and restaurants open even though it was quite early in the season. The staff were all polite and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good and varied, lunch was of a good quality and reasonable value at €9.

Staff were great, friendly, efficient and effective. Room was OK. The view of the sea from the 8th floor was good but there was only 2 single beds which were quite flimsy. We asked for a double bed but we're told there were none in the hotel. TV has no english speaking channels whatsoever. We had half board and ate breakfast and dinner. The food was fine, plentiful and service was very good. Facilities poor. Swimming pool's very small. One was closed the other was not heated. Gym was very disappointing, the equipment was tired and poor quality and did not work properly Over all my partner and I said that the hotel was perfectly fine, clean and staff were helpful but not worth the money

Could get to to work for some reason. And wifi system was strange. I could only use safari and nothing else on my ipad. You had to use an additional username and password to get proper wifi.

There was a strange smell in the room

The hotel has excellent customer service, clean rooms, comfy beds. The food is decent. I would have preffered to pay a few quids more and stay at RH Byren, sister hotel few meters away, with sea view and is new.

Encantador todo

El alojamiento normal, está anticuado y con dificultad de coger el ascensor. Menos mal que pillamos planta 4 y pudimos utilizar escaleras. El comedor está bien, no hay mucha variedad en comida y cena pero la comida está buena. El desayuno excelente. La ubicación tambien muy buena y se aparca fácilmente sin necesidad de parking. El spa no lo recomiendo, anticuado, con un ruido desagradable que hace que no te puedas relajar. Un detalle que te den tanto en la bienvenida como en el check out una botella de agua.

Volveremos

Está es nuestra segunda vez Volveremos sin duda

Pedimos habitación con cama doble y nos pusieron en una habitación con 2 camas pequeñas. El resto cubrió las expectativas.

Para ser un hotel de tres estrellas me parece pocas estrellas ya que es un hotel excelente en todos los aspectos

Somos una pareja exigente a la hora de elegir estancias vacacionales. Es la segunda vez que nos alejamos en el hotel RH Gijón y como siempre, todo un acierto. Desde el equipo directivo y administrativo que conforma el hotel hasta el servicio de limpieza es sumamente notable el trato que dan en todo momento. La calidad de la limpieza de las habitaciones, el buen servicio de comidas que presentan, así como la facilidad para cualquier sugerencia a tratar hacen que el hotel plasme 3 estrellas con un carácter asombroso.

Estupendo

Muy buen hotel con una estupenda ubicación, mucha limpieza y muy buen trato de su personal con el cliente. Soy un asiduo de este Hotel. Seguiremos disfrutándolo.

Comida de escasa calidad y repetitiva. Ascensores insuficientes para la cantidad de pisos ,12 ,que hay. Esperas de casi 10 minutos en horas punta.En verano debe ser una locura.

Hotel acogedor, pequeño. Equipo humano excelente. Relación calidad/precio correcta para la categoría del Hotel. Piscinas con poco Sol. Ninguna animación durante el día, solo de 22 h a 23 h. Mojitos, Piña colada y Gin tonic de 10 en el Chill out de la ultima planta.

Lo que más me gustó es la habitación con vistas al mar.
