Wasn't much special about this place. In a industrial area.

Great value, close to airport, professional front desk. Just right for our purpose - to get to the airport at 4am. They even arranged the ONLY reliable taxi we had during our whole trip.

The property is very close to the Gare du Nord train station and has some lovely breakfast cafes down the road. Only downside is we waited a long time for checkin even though there were only a couple people before us and two people at the desk.

Affordable

We stayed there for one night at last leg of our trip. We chose this hotel due to close proximity to airport. It’s a nice clean hotel. Staff was courteous and very nice. They booked us taxi for airport. Breakfast opens at 7 am, we had to leave for airport at 6:15 am and they made us cappuccinos to go. Area is residential and that’s why not a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood

Really impressed with our stay here! The staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable. The view was incredible of Mt Vesuvius at night! They helped our luggage with no problem. Breakfast was fantastic. We also felt really safe… the surrounding area wasn’t the best as we discovered walking to the train station to visit Pompeii and we stopped at the Naples Central Station to find something to eat. The hotel we felt totally comfortable and safe. The staff helped us book a taxi which was £28 to the airport.

We only stayed one night at City Hotel in between cities, but it was good for the time that we did spend there. The staff were very helpful in finding us a ride to the ferry port, because the taxis to and from the hotel’s location have additional tariffs/fees. Very clean, and very comfortable beds.

The pace was very nice. The room was a little smaller but we weren't there for the room size. Clean hotel, easy quick experience. W e would stay again

Bus was not far from hotel which was great because we had all our bags the bus came and we left to amalfi. Do not recommend to stay here more than 1 day though not much to do around.

Shady area, kept hold of my passport for 2 hours because they were ‘busy’. Staff were a little rude.

Hotel is very basic but good for the price. Has parking and breakfast. Very close to the airport. Good for a quick stay.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel had plenty of secure parking. A few good local restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Otherwise a car or taxi is needed. Recommend a third floor which is very quiet. Surrounding area not so appealing but would not discourage visit.

If you only need basics, this property isn’t so bad. My main complaint is that they advertise a 24 hour airport shuttle service. The shuttle service was the main reason I booked this hotel. When I asked about it, the front desk staff said they do not offer that. Would I ever stay here again? No.

Good overall for a convenient stay near airport. Only issue was ineffective air conditioning in the room. We slept with windows open to keep room cool.

City hotel was perfect for our needs. We wanted a cheap hotel close to the airport with free secure parking. The address is not completely accurate on google maps but with a short phone call to reception they guided us to the site. The area around the hotel is industrial and far from the center but suited our needs well. Check in was quick, the receptionist was helpful, the room was clean with air conditioning and for breakfast there were fresh pastries available.

Good value for the price. Rooms ok and hotel and rooms very clean.

Would definitely recommend to a friend on a budget. The one bad thing is transportation. Buses are not dependable and taxis are 35 to 40 euro per trip. Public cars Re good for going into Napoli but not returning. This is an out of the way place to stay. However very clean with lots of friendly employees.
