Went to stay and was very impressed. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious, can spread 2 suitcases, so it's safe, complete, no need to prepare for heavy luggage at all. Below the lobby, there is also a shaver, toothbrush, comb, contraption before going up to the elevator. Most importantly, it's convenient to travel, next to the metro and from the ueno station, you can drag your luggage into the elevator and walk into the hotel. No need to lift heavy bags at all. The view from the bedroom is very beautiful, highly recommended.

Nice place near at Ueno Station exit JR Station, shopping street and restaurants. I recommended this hotel and l will stay again when l’ll come back again in Tokyo

Great location, very nice staff, clean room, great breakfast.

Accommodation is close to both JR, subway, Skyliner, convenient transportation, eating places, close to a lot of accommodation, good rooms, clean, fully equipped, recommended.

Room size is as small as other Japanese business hotels. Room is clean and tidy beyond my expectation. Great noise insulation both in corridor and from outside. All the essential toiletries and the amenities are there when needed. Overall it was a great stay 9/10 :)

The hotel location is very strategic, the rooms are not too narrow (still okay).
