The hotel was in a great location and very pretty. The only thing I would change is the pillows which are very thin (however this might be a Germany thing and not a hotel thing.) The staff was wonderful.

There is something quite lovable about this old lady of a hotel, as it is called. The location is the best in town, and there’s something about it old style elegance that made us very very happy. Although it was only about 25% occupied while we were there in early August, everything in the property was kept perfectly clean and accessible. It looks wonderful from the outside, and the room was large and roomy, and just fine. It is not a place for people who want all the high-tech gizmos and the large televisions for those of us who like the old world style, This is a lovely place.

Neat older hotel. Awesome breakfast. They lock the doors at night so if you stay out a little late, be prepared to ring the bell and wait a little bit. Parking is 30 euros a day, plus the parking area is about a 3 minute walk to the hotel reception. There isn’t a functioning bar or restaurant there, only breakfast. Very nice staff.

Either the hotel or Hotels.com are misleading prospective guests about the facilities The restaurant and bar has been closed for 2 years according to the hotel manager. It has the potential to be a great hotel but guests need to be informed in advance about the lack of facilities and the scaffolding outside the room

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Baden-Baden. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. The surrounding area is full of amenities, and dining at The Grill by the casino—just steps away—was a highlight. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious and well-presented. The only downside was that many local businesses were closed on Sunday and Monday, which limited some exploration. Still, overall, a wonderful experience.

I stayed three nights at this hotel, and I thought that it was okay. I don’t know if I would stay again. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The bathroom was really the highlight with luxury finishings and lots of space. The room was spotlessly clean, and was refreshed each day while I was out. Check-in was easy, if a bit brief. I visited in July, and though the weather was mild, the room was very stuffy and warm. They had put a fan on the bedside table, and that did make sleeping a bit more tolerable. I often had to keep the windows open throughout the day to cool the room down, but that invited in a lot of flies. I will never understand luxury hotels that don’t have air conditioning but then also don’t have screens. I don’t want to be swatting away bugs all night. My window faced the back street and it was very loud with the windows open. With people talking at the bar, the morning trash pick-up, and the construction on the street, there was almost never a time it wasn’t loud. Also, the mattresses badly need an update. It felt like sleeping on a pile of bricks. I had imagined that I would be able to use the hotels lovely terrace to work on my laptop and sit out by the stream, but the outdoor seating was all for the restaurant/cafe. The hotel is in a great location, but I just think it needed some work to be a wholly comfortable stay.

Expedia claimed onsite parking when, in fact, we had yo park iffsite in a public parking garage which was difficult in the pouring rain and all spaces to drop off luggage were full of parked cars? Breakfast was very e pensive and only minimal cold items… certainly not with 31 euros. Our room was facing the back and noise from the bars and restaurants continued til 2 AM… with no a/c we had to keep windows open so this was a problem Room was large and cimfortable… hotel is beautiful and nicely situated near shops and restaurants.

This hotel is beautiful! Love the room the atmosphere and the location is perfect! Front desk very welcoming.

My only issue was that my room was small.

I had a lovely weekend exploring Baden-Baden and the surrounding forest. The hotel was comfortable, with excellent staff and amenities that suited my needs. Breakfast was a little pricy for what is was, but all of a nice quality.

Wonderful luxury hotel in the best location near the pedestrian area and all the shopping as well as parks and baths The reception staff are amazing and incredibly helpful The breakfast was “ok”… the food spread was not bad although you expect more from a 4 star hotel and the staff are friendly and work very hard but ….. it seems a bit disorganized and the kitchen bit slower in responding to guest requests such as eggs , coffee etc…otherwise no complaint Rooms are extremely nice, cozy, romantic and very clean All in all highly recommended and a must repeat for our next visit to Baden Baden …

the property was difficult to find and access and parking is not convenient

We had an incredible stay at the Atlantic Parkhotel. Staff was very kind and generous and our room was incredible. The location is very central to lots of shopping, dining and major sites. We would gladly stay again.
