Clean room

Room was basic and clean. Lovely Mountain view. Kettle but no coffee/milk in room. Lovely continental breakfast. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Great for Bernina express. Take your own hairdryer.

Staff very nice but hotel needs upgrade very dated

We stayed for one night only after taking the Bernina express from Chur to Tirano. Lovely and well kept hotel.

Room clean, staff helpful and close to train station despite the noise coming outside from road works

This hotel is excellent. Right in front of the Bernina Station.

During our brief stay we found the rooms to be out of date and very small. Conditions of some furniture were very worn out. I feel the room was overpriced for what we revived.

Great staff in an adorable town

This hotel was so convenient and situated at the train station for both the Italy train from Milan and also the Bernina Express train. Lovely breakfast and accommodations were perfect. Staff were helpful. Recommend.

I should have noticed that this listing appeared in the section where all my filters were not met…the important one being Air Conditioning. Perhaps the hundreds of reviewers that rated this choice as Excellent came at a different time of year. The property is in an outstanding location-just a few steps from one train station, where we disembarked, and a short walk to the bus we needed to find tomorrow morning.

Close to train stations and dining. The room was hot and no A/C adjustment possible. Was not told about fans in the room closet. Asked for coffee for the room and was given hot chocolate instead.

Location is great. Amazing breakfast options (included)! Spectacular view!

Cute quaint hotel- super close to catch the Bernina Express!

It was extremely close to the Bernina Express terminal. The restaurant staff were exceedingly gracious

A lovely location so close to the train station & central square with many food & gelato options - the best gelato we had in Italy! A great place to stay when traveling on the famous Bernini Express - highly recommended. Cheers Danny & Lieu
