Fabulous location, just 5 minutes walk from St Mark's, Doges Palace and Rialto. The hotel is lovely, large rooms, very clean and classy.

We had an amazing stay at Aqua Palace - lovely spacious rooms with more traditional decor. It was located well; 5min walk from the Rialto water bus stop and another 5 mins the other way to St Marks Square. There were lots of shops, restaurants etc. nearby. We had 2 room types, both with canal views. The deluxe double view was much nicer straight down the canal with the triple room less desirable as you had to put your head out the window to see the canal.

A real great property, friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast had more the enough options and was of a very good quality. Rooms were very comfortable and cleaned daily. We would go back!

Amazing experience

It was a real treat to stay in such an elegant, timeless hotel. The staff was friendly and so helpful. The location was convenient and very walkable for the surrounding points of interest. Our room was cleaned daily, and we never even saw the housekeepers! The service at this hotel was excellent!

This is the perfect location to stay in order to tour Venice. It is close to all the attractions. I had a great stay the staff was awesome and the hotel was great.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The property is conveniently located. Lello was a wealth of information and conversation. I have no doubt I will not stay anywhere else in Venice again. Only the Aqua Palace!

Great location and staff Would stay again

Amazing hotel centrally located in the center of Venice. Great location that is centrally located but also on a quiet street. Hotel was incredibly quiet in the evening. Service and attentiveness of the staff was excellent. Easy access to 3 main business streets with several great restaurants and cafe’s within 5 minutes.

The room was large and had a beautiful view of the city . Will definitely come back

Every single staff member was amazing

Room was comfortable and clean. Service from front desk, restaurant and bar was great. Location was perfect.

All staff was friendly and helpful, especially Lello the bar manager for excellent service, recommendations, reservations etc. Breakfast was a perfect selection of items, fresh pasteries, mimosas…. I know where I will be staying again next time in Venice!

The perfect hotel for convenience and luxury.

Front desk people were great, but eating breakfast had a really bad experience. We paid at the front desk for breakfast and the staff who were serving for breakfast treated us like we had came in there and sat down and just started to eat. They really treated us like we had stolen the breakfast until it became and issued and very unpleasant. Did not apologize at all when they found out that we had paid for the breakfast try to make it seem like they was doing us a favor but saying I can pay for one breakfast and that’s it. They didn’t even try to find out if we had paid or not just assumed we didn’t and therefore treated us accordingly very nasty, but besides them everything else was ok.
