Great location near a couple of the event venues they have. Makes it convenient to walk to any event you’re in town for. Great staff, rooms are always clean!

El lugar se ve como nuevo, con una decoración alegre y moderna. La atención del personal fue excelente, desde el chofer del transporte al aeropuerto hasta el personal de recepción que atendieron todas nuestras peticiones. La habitación bastante amplia. La ubicación inmejorable si vas al aeropuerto o a los conciertos cerca del autódromo. También hay un centro comercial muy agradable súper cerca.

We couldn’t find the airport shuttle to get to the property. The hotel was okay.

The hotel manager is very nice and helpful and will go out of his way to make sure that your needs are met.

The airport pickup service was significantly delayed; the wait was over half an hour. They only have one shuttle bus, and the claim that it runs every half hour is false, so plan your airport transfer carefully. They provide a menu in the room, but the actual restaurant menu is completely different and much more expensive—something I found misleading. When I raised this issue with the waiter serving us, he was very rude; he insisted that the in-room menu items had to be consumed in the room and actually kicked us out of the restaurant. They failed to provide enough soap or towels, even though they knew the number of guests in advance. I will never return to this hotel.

Shuttle service was unreliable. First come first serve and then delayed by over 30 minutes even though there were two empty shuttles in the parking lot.

I stayed here on my last night in mexico city . It is close to the airport and their airport shuttle was convenient and on time . The staff was helpful as well . Hotel is clean and quiet
