Soundproof is not up to standard, heard toilet flushing and showering every time people around use the toilets. Another thing, the hotel could not issue the receipt and folio doc. The first one is understandable, since I booked through the app , but don't understand why the hotel cannot issue a doc describing the staying detail like number of nights and food purchased. Feel dodgy, want to hide something! Service in general, is below par comparing to its sister hotels, which I feel very comfortable and pleasant. Sometimes feel like serving by robot trained to say no. One night of my stay, I did not dare to have dinner, felt horrible as the restaurant offered buffet dinner with no social distancing measure at all. They should learn how to service from their sister hotels.
