Excellent stay at Commodore Motel Impeccably clean, quiet, and ideally located with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were professional and welcoming. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Lovely accomodation. Comfy bed. Very clean. Easy to walk to Botanic Gardens. Very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again when in Dunedin.

We had a great stay. Owners were accomodating of our late arrival. Rooms were spacious and well suited to our family of 4. For us, easy walking distance to University, and Forsyth Barr stadium was walkable too. Would stay again.

Close the town, clean, tidy with comfy bed & good shower.

Great location. Walkable to the Botanical Gardens and to groceries. Lovely staff. Excellent beds, pillows and bed linens. Very nice to have the seperate lounge.

Our stay was great the staff were very friendly and accommodating even helped with allowing an extra guest for a night. The neighbours can be a bit loud with there music but this is to be expected being by student accommodation and coming down at the start of o week but they would settle down by the start of noise control cerfew which was great but tolerated will definitely stay again when next down

Ensured we had locked our doors as an empty bottle of alcohol and cigarette butts outside room we were on 2nd level & being non smokers & drinker was a bit eerie. Service facilities excellent. Safe area was a blessing and hosts and staff very accommodating.

The Commodore was easy to find and a great place to stay. The bed was comfortable, shower great and easy walking distance to the rugby. We would definately stay there again.

Everything is normal !

Short stay and didn't spend a lot of time in the room so was fit for purpose. Clean and tidy, had a unit separate to the motel complex.

The beaches were within minutes of this hotel. We even were able to walk to a restaurant for supper. Vikki was very very accommodating with whatever questions we had. Very informative. We stayed two nights and so glad we did.

We loved staying in our unit, it's clean, fully furnished, walkable to all stores like New World, Countdown, coffee shops and University . Great place to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Will definitely stay there again.

Spacious room, everything you need, very clean.

Well presented older property which has received some recent upgrades. Extremely comfortable and close to several dining options. Well worth consideration if you are after value for money.
