Unbearable stay – Zero air conditioning or fans, terrible customer service ​Do not stay here unless you enjoy sleeping in a sauna. ​I booked a two-night stay and it was an absolute nightmare. There was no air conditioning and not even a simple fan in the room. It was boiling hot, making it virtually impossible to sleep. ​When I went to reception to ask for an AC unit or at least a basic table fan, all I received was a dismissive "sorry" with zero attempt to resolve the issue or make the room livable. ​To make matters worse, Expedia's customer service was equally useless. When I reached out to them, the representative simply said they couldn't do anything either. Air conditioning or a fan in hot weather is a basic necessity, not a luxury. A platform like Expedia should not even be listing a property that fails to provide fundamental amenities, and management clearly does not care about guest comfort. ​Sufferings through two nights in a boiling room with zero help from staff or customer service is completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

Since it's a dormitory type of accommodation there is a lot of space for parking ( pay 5$ for 24h parking ) , The microwave is in close and barricade location that you cannot be use, if planning to stay during summer better bring your own fan because its very hot no air conditioning unit and no fan available. Kinda loud during night because of the doors banging.

There is no air conditioning. Bathrooms are shared and dependinv on the room can be quite far down the hall. I called the assistance line to report an issue with bathroom. It didnt get resolved. The person only spoke French.

Parking was easy/check-in—we had a wait; there was no queue; people just rushed to the next open window. The staff are bilingual, and they explained where the room was and how to get a parking pass with a discount.

It's a dorm, so shared bathroom and shared showers. Don't expect the most confortable mattresses. Parking can be annoying depending on what time you get there. With that being said, it's on a beautiful campus and if you want to chill at the uni's pub it's right across the street.

The staff member who checked us in was lovely and so helpful, even with our very late arrival. The room was clean and linens were fresh. It is a college dorm, but the shared washroom facilities were also well maintained. The only drawback was the temperature in the room. It was incredibly hot and humid, with no air conditioning or climate control at all.

The room was stifling hot and no fan. I had to park twice as the address I booked was not the building I stayed at. I paid for parking only to find out at check in that they offer a discount with the room rental. There was a bar fridge and sink in the room so that was nice.

It was a great price but quality was lacking if you are going to get the standard room make sure to bring a FAN. The weather was beautiful but the room was too hot and no way to get it cool other than leaving the hall door open to allow for the air to circulate. The beds were firm which I like. Not TV so bring a laptop or tablet.

Older, well-maintained dormitory. It didn’t have all the amenities of a hotel but was an excellent option for an inexpensive place to stay overnight. Like most dormitories, it does not have central air conditioning.

Ce fut ok! Juste ok. Il n’y avait pas de ventilateurs dans la chambre et il faisait une chaleur etouffante. Très difficile a dormir. Il y avait aussi bcp de bruits… les portes etc.

The room and bathroom were clean. The mattress was ok.

Personnel agréable. Chambre basique, normal pour le prix. Lits durs et chaleur torride. Douches parfaites, logement idéalement situé proche de tout.
