I didn’t like the second bed is so bad

The room was terriable.the staff wasnt friendley.no coffee in room.it was a very scary place to stay.it was in a low class area i was very un pleaseant to stay there..wont stay againagain.wasnt worth the price i paid for .

Helpful reception staff good location to Orly Airport. Room clean and bed comfortable but room had visible signs of general wear and tear. Room price was very reasonable. Only stayed one night due to travelling on. I am a light sleeper and slept poorly due to very loud air conditioning unit which we had to use as was very warm summer night so bring earplugs as none supplied in room.

I recommend this place to others. I’ll come back surely

Stayed there for 2 nights . Location wise a bit off the Paris centre but metro and light train T7 manage to do the connection efficiently . I arrived after checkin time and was able to check in quick . Room is a bit room but clean and looks recently refurbished as now it has air conditioning . All in all , the hotel is ideal for a few nights stay

For the price that we paid it was a good value. When staying at an Ibis hotel you definitely shouldn’t expect to be living in luxury but they get the basics done properly. The only thing that I would suggest needs to be changed is the lack of pillows, just one per bed. It seems inadequate. Otherwise the room was clean, facility in decent shape given the age, and the service friendly enough.

From the moment of booking weeks ahead we had asked for a late check in as we were arriving late and asked about parking. No one had bothered to acknowledge the email or reply. No one picked up up the phone, it was either left ringing or cut off. When we arrived our family room stank of cigarette smoke, the entire room and bathroom so someone had been in our room prior to arrival. The window had been left open and the heating on full blast. We couldn’t sleep well as it smelled terrible and had to keep the window open all night which was awful. The room itself was basic and cleaning standards were also terrible. I would avoid this place like the plague and wouldn’t even give 1 star let alone !

Property well maintained with an attentive staff.

Overall the place is good, luck a few tuning such as air freshener and good cleaning, but for the price I paid, I can’t complain. It’s good 👍

Far from any tourist sites. Few options in terms of transportation and limited selection of restaurants !

Good place to stay. I enjoy the stay.

Out of the 3 rooms we booked, the key didn't worked for 2. I had to go to the front desk 6 times, and no one could solve my issue. And instead of offering an apology, they were screaming at me because of me being mad for not being able to enter my room after 2 hours. Besides that, the WiFi is HORRIBLE, we were never able to navigate normally with our cellphones. Also, there were very few spots to plug in our stuff, and the shower is poorly designed so it spills a lot of water.

Pros: - Close the tram station (3 mins walk) - Close to Carrefour (10 mins walk) - Fair price Cons: - Wifi is weak in room - No air conditioner, is painful during the day of heatwave

Very nice customer service good breakfast. The cons is that the rooms are not 100% clean very small and a little bit uncomfortable.

Generous late check out time, staff were lovely, very clean.

Hotel accessible to Airport Orly by train. Takes at least half hour and cost 2 Eur. Get your ticket at the station before boarding.

This hotel is very close to the Orly-Paris airport. The room is large and very convenient for someone in need of space to pack the luggage prior to an overseas trip. That is the expected good part. The bad is that, to my surprise, the hotel has NO AC! This is something the gentleman at the reception desk tried to explain to my wife. I later went to Hotels.com web site to see whether this information was available anywhere and it was not. In the end, lucky me, it was not a hot night and I was able to get a good night sleep. Anyway, I do NOT recommend this IBIS hotel AT ALL!
