Advertised as with air con but the air con wasn’t on in the entire property and it was incredibly warm and uncomfortable and I barely slept the whole time. Tried to speak to staff but no one was interested in listening. Requested a refund and email been ignored.

Nice stay in Bordeaux, close to the center. In order to walk to the center, you cross a beautiful bridge (only for public transport, bikes and pedestrians). Also you can take a ferry in order to cross the river. Comfortable room with a big bed. Nice shower with good space. Very friendly staff. Petfriendly hotel! Parking is a bit dirty since during the day it is shared with a Carrefour shop and a Basic Fit gym. But during the night this parking is locked with a gate. Also, the parking is monitored through CCTV (hotel reception has live feed). This parking is better secured than others in the area where they are having lots of problems with breaking into cars and vandalism. For us this was a huge plus since we were travelling with a car loaded with luggage.

Hotel was just as we needed. Easy to get to from the airport and a short walk into the main attraction areas.

Clean, quiet, easy access. Super friendly and helpful staff. We were asked at check in if we wanted our room cleaned daily. We said yes. However, we wouldn’t need our towels changed daily. We would put our placard out indicating when we needed the room cleaned. This translated to our room being tagged as not needing cleaning throughout our stay. When we requested cleaning we were told they couldn’t because of this clerical error. They did empty the trash twice and gave us new towels - which was unnecessary. But never cleaned or ran the vacuum…

I had a wonderful stay here, it was a little bit out of the town, but after my first night that became a positive. The staff here are lovely, helpful, polite and could accommodate for my poor French. I even decided to stay for an extra night while I was on my way home. I am planning to stay here again sometime soon. In short, I loved it.

Customer service at the hotel, specifically at the lobby counter , was excellent! All, were Very nice and professional! Claudia and Irene were superb! However, the room and bathroom were the smallest we've been in European hotels! Very small bathroom as well! Thankfully there was AC and daily room housekeeping. Food service at any time is a wonderful perk, and the staff is excellent, , even though waitressing isn't their job. The lobby and eating area are very nice and comfortable! Thank you! We enjoyed our stay.

Very good location, easy access to public transport, and supermarket is very near by

This is an excellent budget hotel for solo or for a couple traveler. Although the bathroom is a little tight which is typical in Europe, room is very clean. Lobby is trendy and a great place to hang out. Front desk personnel are very helpful and polite. The tram is a few minutes walk and you can also take the boat ride which is included with the city public transportation ticket. The walk across the bridge that takes you the city center is about half an hour. If you google the address, google will tell you to get off on Stanligrad tram stop. But the next stop is much closer from the hotel. There is also a grocery story next door and a patisserie great for simple coffee and bread if you’re not into having a big breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bordeaux.

The hotel was in s grewt location for getting around the city. You can walk to the city centre in 20 mins. The room was also clean and s gokd size.
