Complimentary breakfast is fantastic Rooftop nonveg restaurant is also quite good. Swimming pool is good Staff r helpful Not on the beach side though, but very close. U can walk down to the temple beach and to the Arjuna rock No play area for kids

Really enjoyed the pool here. Had 3rd floor room which was comfortable. Food ok. They also have daily yoga class that I took advantage of that was great!

The Mamallaa Heritages is my favorite Mamallapuram hotel. Even tough its no 5-star hotel you always feel welcomed and happy to be there. The staff also greet you well and remembered me from last stay. The hotel has a perfect location on main road close to beach, restaurants and shops. The pool is quite small but its usually not crowded so it works fine. Rooms are clean and quite big. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

the hotel is on a main rad in mamallapuram wth walking disance to everything! the hotel room was clean and nice when we arrived. pool was nice, not very big but big enough, some days we ware the only ones there so not very crowded. Staff was polite and great service. only *bad* thing about the stay was that we was not informed about how room cleaning works. we expected the room to be cleaned but during 3 days we did not get any cleaning at all. I asked about it during check-out and if you want room cleaning youhave to leave the room key in the reception when you go out.

In some respects, this is a good place. The staff are friendly (though only providing bottled water on the first day is ridiculous), the pool is nice (and clean). But the place needs refurbishing. Bedrooms are clean, but marble and brown, which is not particularly appealing. It can't quite work out if it wants to be fancy, or cheap, so is a bit of both, and therefore not quite ideal. Good location though, and as I said, the staff are all nice.

Stayed three nights. The hotel was kind of grubby and starting to show its age. The pool was cleaner than a resort pool we visited in the same town. In fact the pool was super clean. There is a public bustle and apparent cleaning going on but it seems mostly for show. I watched a used Pepsi bottle sit next to my outdoor chair for three days despite daily sweepings and mopping. ( maybe it was a guest ?) I'd stay again despite that. The staff were quick to respond to any verbalized request and the location was quite good, just don't look for anything over 'fair-minus' as far as your room. Try to avoid rooms 206-210 as you'll be under the noisy ( but good food ) rooftop dinner kitchen. Beer is avail at 240 a bottle and Wifi is a charged service 50/hr or 200/day Breakfast was quite good too!

We had a great time. Appreciated the pool and early morning yoga class. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved Mamallapuram and the hotel was a great base for our visit.

The staff was wonderfully friendly and on check in they realized the AC wasn't working so promptly changed our room. Breakfast was wonderful and adequate. The best part being the location, we were within walking distance to all sights as the hotel was kind of in the centre of the town. The rooms and the hotel are alightly old and dated but comfortable nevertheless and the wonderful attitude of the staff makes up for all flaws.

The Hotel is Centrally located & is close to the beach & National Heritage sites. The ambience of the hotel interior is average but with prompt service. Dinning facility is good with multi cusine resturants. The Executive double room was big & looked empty with limited furnitures. It can easily accomodate two additional beds. Ample parking space for guest vehicles. Overall good for a night stay for the price you pay.

Hotel is ok type. First room provided was pathetic with ac don't work at all. After request room was changed and that room was better than the previous one. Hotel staffs are friendly and hotel located on a convenient locality and that is the only plus point. Good for a office trip kind but definitely not for family outing as facilities are very basic.

The hotel is good, well-maintained !!! Met expectations, value for money.

Bad rooms, bad room service, Bad food.....everything bad. Not worth the money.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. The swimming pool was lovely and the food at the vegetarian restaurant was good. We particularly enjoyed the fresh juices and the staff were very friendly. Our only slight complaint was that the AC in our room kept cutting out and was very noisy. I imagine this is a room-specific problem and overall I would recommend the hotel.

The staff is very attentive, especially the front desk is very helpful. The meals provided were good and did not take too long to serve. They run free yoga classes 4 times a week with quite experienced instructor. My room had a nice view on the "Butter Rock". Overall it is a sound hotel for this price range. The only drawback was the absence of internet in the room. There is wife 50Rs per hour in the reception area.

We were not satisfied with the food . As the menu which they have presented food was not available . The menu which they offered us in morning the same menu was again offered in evening . Apart from food options the quality of food was good . Generally satisfied with the service .

前日に泊まっていたホテル ラマクリシュナがいまいち過ぎたのですぐ近くのこちらに移動。 ちょっとリゾート気分も味わえる素敵な雰囲気。 チェックインの対応も他のスタッフの対応も早くて親切でした。 002号室に宿泊しましたが部屋も広々、清潔感もあり良かったです。 ただ一階なので蚊はけっこういました。 無料の朝食はドーサとプーリーは作りたてを持ってきてくれるのでとても美味しかった。 近くの食堂Sri Ananda Bhawanもとてもおすすめ。
