Room clean staff very friendly

Nice clean room. Friendly staff.

Thank you so much for a lovely clean friendly stay, the hotel was clean and well looked after hotel room was nice and warm and clean staff was soooo friendly and really made my stay welcoming thank you so much.

Plus side, room was quiet even though it was next to the M1 and there was a party night in their marquee. Nice bar with decent beer. Staff pleasant. Sufficient parking and served by Uber. Do offer breakfast at £12.95 and have a full service restaurant for lunch and dinner. Negative side; room was a little smelly. They do welcome dogs which could explain the odour. Shower was ridiculously powerful so the room got a bit of a wash. Shower leaked and the skirting was rotten. Room could do with a bit of a better clean as there was a fair bit of dust in most places.

its an Ok hotel, the mattresses are cheap and basic not even a topper to stop you feeling the wires of it

Staff are great, very helpful and pleasant. Good breakfast and hotel overall is just nice, it has a good feel to it, it’s hidden away and I’m glad we found it.

This hotel has so much potential to be much better. The food was really poor, the scrambled egg was just slop. God knows what the chefs done with it but youve got a problem if your chef cant scramble eggs properly. The young lady at breakfast was working really hard but youve got to give her some help. 1 person cant be bringing out the food and clearing the tables....maybe you were short staffed just for

Very nice stay, rooms clean tidy, lovely big bed. Shower was excellent, however toilet roll holder missing which wasn't so great. Ate dinner which was all fine, we were late arriving so didn't manage a dessert. Breakfast disappointing as luke warm and not a lot of choice as chef replenishing. Overall a nice stay.

Enjoyed our 1 night stay, staff are polite and very busy, we had dinner and breakfast which was ok, our room was clean but a little TLC on the broken bedside lamp shades and coffee stain on the carpet, but thats me being picky, overall goodnight stay.
