Richmond Hotel Narita is about a 5-minute walk from Keisei Narita Station. Lawson is about a 3-minute walk away. There's also Naritasan Park for outdoor activities. A 7-Eleven and an Aeon are about 500 meters from Richmond Hotel Narita. The hotel also offers airport shuttle service before 10:40 a.m., with reservations made at the front desk.

In terms of size and facilities, this is one of the best hotels in Japan. The comfortable bed can accommodate three people and a toddler. The TV is also a modern Android TV. However, the location is more suitable for resting after landing in Japan or preparing to return to Indonesia if the flight is from Narita. The place is very quiet, like Kyoto, and I prefer it compared to Tokyo, which is too busy. Check-in is at 2, so we didn't lose out. The staff is very friendly, even my son got a gift. There is an airport transfer facility to the airport, but not the other way around because the airport pick-up service is no longer available. It is close to Omotensando, within walking distance. Oh, unfortunately, they also don't provide drinking water.

Very good, perfect for a stopover before heading to the airport. They provide an airport shuttle. The rooms are spacious and clean. This is my third time staying here.

There's a cherry blossom tree near the hotel and I can see it while it's still blooming. The staff explained everything from when I arrived until I left the hotel. The room is quite small but the bed is really spacious for one person. Recommended for anyone who solo travels near Narita Airport.

We really like the room. Clean, comfy beds and close to the train station. We don't like the bathtub, I think it was very dangerous and slippery. Nice stay though.

We travelled as a couple and stayed in this hotel on our last night before departure out of Japan, Narita. We chose this hotel due to its location, near the Narita Airport, and it has privileges of a free shuttle bus every one hour to the Airport. The location is good and accompanied by a convenience store nearby. Front desks were on point as they helped me a lot with quite okay English language. Overall a 5/5 experience. No complaint at all. Keep up the great work.

The hotel is around 10 mins walking distance from Keisei Narita Station and jr narita station, and within 15 mins walking distance of Naritasan Omotesando, this is where Shinsho-ji Temple is located. The room was the most spacious among other hotel rooms I stayed in during my travel in Japan this time around.
