Great place to stay in Launceston. Handy to most facilities. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking on site Beas good and the staff were helpful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again when we next visit Launceston.

No restaurant on weekends. Tv is free to air only. No pay tv, no in-house, no steaming/casting options. Otherwise clean and well presented with friendly staff.

We were expecting a buffet breakfast but the a la carte options were really delicious so we weren't disappointed in the end.

Hotel Staff were amazing. I had a couple of facility issues that arose during my stay. The hotel staff attended to the issues promptly and kept me updated while I was out to let me know when the issues had been fixed. They were very apologetic for any inconvenience caused and I arrived back to my room later that night to a lovely note from the manager and a bottle of bubbles. I can highly recommend the Mantra on Charles in Launceston, Tasmania. Rooms are very clean and staff are friendly. There are also a couple of great cafes just down the road within a short walking distance.

A lovely place to stay

Hotel was nice breakfast was poor .When i did booking with hotels.com had some pictures of buffet breakfast - when arrived at hotel they told us it is of menu - hardly anything to chose .very disappointing and pictures are miss leading
