No working AC

We reserve the room for 3, only 2 waters, 3 glasses, 2 towels and phone was disconnected so we have to go to the lobby to request extra of everything

The hotel did not have me as a registered guest upon arrival. It took over an hour for me to check in and when I did they gave the wrong room with a terrible view. I paid for a room with a kitchenette. But after traveling, and waiting at the front desk for an hour, I went up to my room to take a shower and unpacked some things. Then I realized my room was all wrong. I wrote the people in the hotel and they said they were happy I did not want to change rooms, but a room change would be available. Furthermore, I came back to the hotel on the final night with my friend. And I felt as if the gentleman at reception was treating the situation like I was with a call girl.

Amazing service, breakfast was phenomenal, spa was perfection. 10/10 stay!

Our overall experience at the hotel was very good. We arrived at 1:00 PM and our room was already ready, which was very convenient. The service from the start was excellent; the reception staff was very attentive and always available to help us. The room was very clean and spacious, and it had a safe. Both the bathroom and the room in general were very well maintained. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would definitely recommend it.
