The view from this hotel is amazing and while its in a bit off shoot location its not too far to be troublesome

Not in the best area and shower broken and dirty

Naples is a very bad city. It is loud all the time and the hotel does very little to block out the sound. The bathroom smelled like sewage making the entire room unbearable

False advertisement, room had no wifi, hotel had no real free parking but appeared in the search as such,the waster in the shower was terrible: no constant water flow in the shower and water went from warm to cold really fast. hotel was extemely noisy and the alamr clock in the room next to us when on for an hour while we were trying to sleep, and woke us up. we came to breakfast to find out half of the things in the breakfast already ran out.

Walking distans everywere

Very friendly and welcoming staff, the room was clean and towels were changed everyday which was great. Breakfast service was acceptable. The only let down was the location, very sketchy.

Based on location in Naples, the hotel was very clean and it does not go with the neighborhood. The walk during the day time to the train stations are very close, I would not walk out after sunset in the area.

Reasonably good location, but room was quite bad. Poor bad mattress and some strange noize coming out of water drain system all the time. I needed ear plugs to get asleep.

Bad area but close to the hospital. Older facilities and not very well maintained. Relatively clean and good service.

Older hotel with deteriorating facilities. Cost is decent for the room size but washroom in severe disrepair: vent fan button broken, towel rack hanging on by a thread, moldy shower, shower head is not running well. Area is ok during the day but night is pretty dark. Very close to the hospital.

Didn't like it! I found hairs on the bedshits and towels, Shower hand dirty and AC was SUPER Loud Breakfast was mediocre

The hotel is in a good location for the trains and ferries, also close to the old town and restaurants. The car parking is in their courtyard outside the Hotel and is under video surveillance, so its "OK". The breakfast is good. My only hassle was that the mini bar fridge did not work, and as it was very hot I really needed to chill my drinking water, and it took 1.5 days for them to change the fridge over and I had to be quite insistent.

Hotel was somewhat convenient, several blocks from a metro stop, however, the area seemed a little sketchy. We didn't want to wander around after dark. And we were concerned about our rental car. It was jammed into a spot in and around a lot of other cars! The room was small, and not very clean. The bathroom, also very small, had a horrible odor coming from the sink! Breakfast was plain and not very good. The staff seemed over worked, doing several jobs at once...working the front desk, answering phones, setting up the breakfast bar and making/serving beverages at the same time! They seemed bothered by our request for an additional pillow.

Ripped off by mgmt - double charged. Filthy room. No heat. Shower was either scalding or freezing. Wouldn't wish this on worst enemy Breakfsst was stale pasteries and no coffee.

Very nice hotel. Unfortunately I had to be located in this area to visit a member of my family who was taken ill in the Loreto Mare hospital, and this was the only hotel close by. The area is not that nice to be honest, but perfectly located for my needs. it's also walkable to a lot of places however. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel, clean, relatively comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. looks like recently modernized. I don't think they get many English speaking visitors, but the staff really tried hard to please. I was glad to stay here.

Hotel was okay. Did what we needed as it gave us a bed for the night.

The bed is terribly uncomfortable and the shower was broken. The room was pretty beat up and the walls paper thin.
