Rooms are old needing a lot of maintenance.

Excellent hotel / resort. Great experience

This place is SO dirty!! I didn’t even shower because I was so disgusted by the bathroom. Bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The kids pool was the grossest thing I have ever seen. I regret letting my child go in because it made her sick! Stay away!!!

Excellent location.

Great for families perfectly located and the water park is a great perk. Staff all friendly and very helpful. Rooms a bit cramped and uncomfortable but overall a good value and experience

Rooms on fourth floor are being renovated, so lots of construction going on right now. Breakfast and dinner buffet were incredible, great selection of food. Staff spoke very little English, but we managed. Check in and check out were fast. The location is very close to the beach, but not very safe at night.

This hotel was everything I could have asked for! It's beautiful,close to the beach, the food was great, the bar fantastic!

The hotel was busy during my stay. The breakfast, which is included in the price, is very good but I did not find it particularly relaxing with all the people buzzing around looking for a free table. Apart from that this is a no-frills, very functional hotel which is generally clean and well maintained. It's main advantage is its proximity to the beach. All in all, I have no complaints and would stay here again.

This hotel needs maintenance. Things don't work. Some of the rooms smell of mildew. The breakfasts are good and most of the staff are fine. They only speak Portuguese, which can be problematic, but they try. Our biggest problem with the hotel is that they did not understand that we had paid for our stay using an internet booking agency and charged our credit cards for the rooms again. We thought we had explained be problem to them with the help of Google Translate and they said they would sort it out. They did nothing, however, and when we left they asked for more money because they said they hadn't charged us enough when we checked in. We explained it all over again to the same manager and he again said he would do something but there is no evidence that he is doing anything. Our stay therefore cost us over $700 more than we had expected. We have appealed to the internet booking agency (a well known agency) to try to get back at least some of this money.

weak wi fi, breakfast options minimal, no good place to work. Overall, this is a suitable hotel for the people taking a vacation on a budget and willing to pay no attention to details like the musky smell that is present all over the hotel. Air conditioning on the public areas is bad. Like I said, ok place to spend vacation on a tight budget, not a good place to go for business.

O hotel é bem localizado em ponta negra e oferece acesso a praia, bem como espaço com piscina e recreação apropriados para crianças. Os funcionários foram sempre atenciosos, o café da manhã é bom, oferecendo boa variedade de opções. Certamente podemos voltar no futuro.

Atendimento e refeições foram a melhor parte da nossa estadia. Infelizmente nosso quarto estava vizinho a uma área em reforma, então incomodava bastante, uma sugestão, o hotel poderia informar sobre a reforma no checkin, porque você pagar caro e ficar ao lado de obra é complicado.

Já fui lá outras vezes, sempre bom.

Maravilhosa comemoramos o aniversário da minha esposa o hotel disponibilizou um bolo onde os colaboradores cantaram parabéns em nosso quarto uma agradável surpresa os colaboradores são maravilhosos destaque para os recepcionistas AILTON e RICARDO além da gerente ISABELLA VITOR pessoas maravilhosas o hotel está de parabéns por ter em seu quadro pessoas tão bem capacitadas.

Hotel maravilhoso, bem aconchegante.

O hotel tinha uma boa estrutura fisica, porem funcionarios muito ruina, nao sabiam dar informações, muito desorganizados! Meu quarto estava sem limpar com banheiro com cabelo quando cheguei(tufo no azileijo), esqueciam de deixar toalhas limpas, agua morna para feia no fim do dia,precisei pedir agua pra dar banho no bebe! Tenho alergia a leite e quase tudo tinha leite no cafe e almoco/jantar! No quarto dos meus primos sumiu um carregador c faxineira folguista! Piscina mto pequena pra quantidade de pessoas, parecia piscinão de ramos! Checkin extremamente demorado não deram prioridade pra mim que estava com bebe com sono! Elevador quebrado, só tinha 1 funcionando e mtas pessoas hospedadas!

Admirável! Atendimento excelente, bom café da manhã, roupas de cama limpas. Esqueci um item com alto valor afetivo, só me dei conta após chegar na minha cidade, assim que mandei mensagem, fui prontamente atendida e informada de que o item tinha sido encontrado e estava guardado.

Hotel confortável e muito bem localizado. O beach club e recreação para as crianças faz toda diferença. Peogramação também a noite voltada para crianças. Café da manhã muito bom, porém o salão não comporta todos os hóspedes. Serviço de quarto bom, trocam diariamente as toalhas e roupa de cama.

Hotel com estrutura deficiente, necessitando de muita renovação. Prédio antigo, banheiro com mau cheiro, travesseiros em péssimo estado e odor. Área do café da manhã com odor ruim. A propaganda não condiz com a realidade. A única parte boa foi a cordialidade dos funcionários.

Segunda estadia ao hotel em 2 anos seguidos. Hotel tem boa estrutura. Cafe da manhã e jantare muito vasto de opções e de qualidade. Único ponto a reportar seria maior atenção a área das piscinas do complexo aquático, pois estao precisando de uma pintura nova ou reforma.
