Very minor negatives, not worth mentioning. Positives greatly exceed any disappointments. Staff is excellent, friendly, helpful. Concierge services of highest order. Chef perhaps a bit reluctant to provide ample portions of expensive seafood; prices warrant a more generous hand.

The best service I’ve ever experienced at any hotel — and I’ve stayed at many five-star properties around the world. The Corinthia London is a shining example of what a luxury hotel stay should be. Every detail reflected genuine hospitality and thoughtful marketing — from the complimentary bottled water and sweets for the children to the welcome bottle of champagne. Each gesture felt personal, intentional, and beautifully executed.

The spa is outstanding! The room was spacious with wonderful linens and staff paying attention to every fine detail.

Corinthia London is by far the best hotel in London. From the moment you approach the entrance, foyer and reception you are transported to an exquisite stay. Is remarkable and anticipates for every need and do so with grace and professionalism. The In Room dining experience is as good as any 5 Star Restaurant. Spa, pool and spa amenities are included in your stay. The feeling of peace, tranquility & comfort in the beautifully appointed rooms cannot be duplicated. This amazing hotel & staff are beyond compare. When you book make sure your room includes breakfast! Omg breakfast inclusive in the restaurant or room service is a gorgeous feast. Do go down ro the restaurant well worth waking for. We are already planning the Holidays at the Corinthia. We actually were sad to leave the staff today. We will see you again soon & hopefully you will too.

Love this hotel & I always return here but have noticed a sneak move at check out where they are charging a percentage for gratuities for reception staff etc. I’m not totally against this although I think it’s a stretch as they already have gratuity included often but the way they applied it out asking or running it past us felt very cheap @ underhand. I went back to reception and told her they can keep the charge. I will pay but dont ever apply this to people again without asking. This is enough to make me change hotels. It is expensive to stay here. I don’t enjoy such behaviours & as a matter of principal I would change hotel choice next time.
