Room service was the worst you can imagine, promised to deliver in 20 mins but took 57 mins. Very very very bad .

Bed and linen were not comfortable, service was excellent. I faced a problem in parking my vehicle with driver.

I left my medication in the fridge. Forgot to take them out. Had checked out and left. Traveled to another city. Called the hotel to enquire. They checked the fridge in the room I had checked out of. They found them and holding them for me in refrigerator condition for me to pick up Totally appreciate it

Very green and surrounded by palm trees many different varieties of flowers. Very pleasing to the eye. Staff very polite, welcoming and helpful. Beautiful hotel. Excellent buffet in the evening !!! A must visit to the restaurant.

It's a good property with amazing staff

Dampness across the corridors in hotel floors as well as toilets. poorly constructed building it seems. Food was fairly good though. Rooms are small and poorly designed. Beds start as soon as you open the door.

Booked this place for 3 nights. Check-in process was a bit tedious and lengthy (not sure why as they get a lot of foreigners on business trips). While checking-in, we were pleasantly surprised and escorted by a Concierge Manager (Rajesh M.) to an event that they were having at the time to celebrate the beginning of the festive Christmas season. We were made part of the celebrations and even met the General Manager of the hotel (Suman, I believe) who made us feel very welcome at the hotel. Rajesh was excellent and very knowledgeable about the offerings at the hotel, and even ensured that we got a room that was convenient and comfortable for our needs. The room was well laid out and efficient. All amenities provided were of excellent quality. Rajesh went above and beyond for a special milestone birthday, and decorated the room with balloons, cards, and cake. That chocolate cake was one of the best cakes I have had and it certainly left a lasting impression. My only critique was that the bed was very firm for our taste and we often woke up with sore neck and back. The buffet breakfast was decent, but you get the same items everyday (with very minimal changes). Service at the buffet restaurant was sub par as we had to often request the same thing a few times. Nonetheless, the overall stay was excellent and I would absolutely stay at the Le Meridien (in Gurgaon) again.

The hotel is pretty tired and run down these days.

Average hotel stay. Issues : 1. Call center of hotel badly managed , called 5 times before coming and was passed on to multiple desks with no clear answer 2. Bathroom got flooded with water 3. Bags took 30 mins to come down during checkout. 4. Should be 4 star hotel Good : 1. Food was decent and restaraunt staff wanted to help out 2. Gym is nice
