This was a beautiful hotel with gorgeous views. The staff was friendly and attentive. The dinner was good and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean but very warm. There was no way to turn the heat off. I called the front desk and was told the heat would shut off soon. They had no fan for the room to help cool it off. We was able to open the window for a while until bugs began flying in the room. The staff were nice, professional, and apologetic for the issue. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was great.

Clean and comfortable. Disappointing breakfast

The front desk wasn’t very familiar with places to eat, no air conditioning nor a fan in the rooms, we had to sleep with the doors open. There wasn’t any access to a water fountain to refill water bottles nor get ice. The property is not handicap accessible which our other party needed. Getting to/from the elevator is not easily accessible for handicap person. There was no luggage rack available which would’ve been nice since my husband and I had to help with our companion travelers luggage since one was in a wheelchair due to a recent accident. There were no wash rags in the rooms either. The breakfast staff person was very pleasant and helpful.

We reached at midnight and there were moths in our room . The receptionist changed our room however There was no air conditioning in this place and we were given a small fan which just had one handle and wouldn’t sit on a flat surface . Overall a very unpleasant stay

Hotel was lovely. Quite a walk to town, taxi recommended. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms could use a little modernisation as our room was quite dated with noticeable wear. Otherwise, great location, easy to find. Would stay again.

My only complaint would be the long walk to the room. Very much worth it.

As usual top of the class.Has been decorated and looks even better,almost as good as the view!!!
