Phenomenal location

This is a great place to jump start your visit to Los Lagos. It's a quick (20-30 minute) ride from the Puerto Montt airport. The property is perfectly situated along the bay/shoreline of the town. The vistas from the hotel are stunning: you get perfect views of Osorno and Calbuco from almost everywhere. You can easily walk to town, to shop, to eat, to visit historic places (like the church of the Sacred Heart). We did not visit the casino, we enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the restaurant. The desk clerk upgraded us on our last night stay to an executive suite (601) in the garret on the top floor. It was awesome.

Hotel de los Volcanes is perfectly situated on the shore with spectacular views of Osorno and Calbuco. You can walk everywhere (to the Church of the Sacred Heart, to the market, along the harbor, to restaurants, etc.) Staff is friendly, junior and executive suites are very comfortable with an array of amenities. We did not use the pool or spa; we enjoyed breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Our last night, we were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to an executive suite. Thank you!

A hotel with a casino! Quite a surprise but the breakfast service (gentleman) was great however not enough was made of the hotel facilities in advising guests. However, when it wasn’t raining you got the MOST amazing view of the volcano and that is what we were there for.

Great location with amazing views of both volcanoes. Seems like most rooms have lake views unlike other hotels. Despite being a casino still a great place to stay. Nice spa facilities.

Ubicación excelente, habitación cómoda y buen baño. Nuestra habitación tenía un grato balcón (al que le faltaba mantención en temas de pintura a la baranda). El Spa agradable, aunque por pandemia pudimos disfrutar sólo de la piscina. El desayuno bien, la pastelería no tanto

Decepcionante, es evidente la falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones e infraestructura. No resulta acogedor ni hay ambiente que invite a estar. Su distribución de los espacios comunes es estrecha y de mucho recoveco. La tarifa ni se condice con el nivel del hotel. No volvería.

Excelente servicio, muy buena recepción, los anfitriones fueron muy amables, excelente medidas de higiene, buen desayuno buffet.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo a tudo, de frente para o lago. A vista do nosso quarto maravilhosa, em todos os horários. Gostei da forma como é servido o café da manhã e que o estacionamento era no prédio o que facilita.

Siempre es agradable estar en Dreams Puerto Varas. La vista y ubicación son insuperables.

FUE BIEN HASTA EN ULTIMO DIA CUANDO LLEGUE EN LAHABITACION A LAS 9:30 PM Y TENIA AGUA EN EL PISO - TUVE QUE CAMBIAR DE HABITACION PARA OTRO PUNTO DEL HOTEL, CON UNA MALA VISTA. POR TODO ESTO QUE PASO Y LO TIEMPO PARA IDENTIFICAR O QUE ESTABA PASANDO Y EL TIEMPO PARA CAMBIAR DE HABITACION, PERDI LA CENA QUE TENIA RESERVADO, TODO ESTO PASO POR FUGA DE AGUA EN OTRA HABITACION. PERDI MAS DE 2 HORAS CON ESTE TEMA TODO Y AL DIA DE SALIR DEL HOTEL, PASADO 30 MIN DEL HORARIO DE CHECK-OUT ME LLAMAN PARA BAJAR QUE LA ESTADIA HABIA ACABADO. MUY MOLESTO CON TODO ESTO.
