Mold in the bathroom

Having stayed here years ago and loving it, knowing it was an inn over 200 years old we were not surprised to find crooked floors. Although the bedroom was small we didn’t expect to find a king size bed in there as it took up 3/4 of the room, leaving no room to lay out a suitcase. They could easily get a higher rating if they installed a more appropriate sized bed for that room.

Great place to relax

This property was amazing! We booked a king room in the saltbox with a jacuzzi room. The room was clean, the bed was soo comfortable and the jacuzzi was massive! also the water pressure in the shower was so strong! Lastly, this inn has a history of being haunted and we can’t wait to come back and possibly experience it for ourselves!

The location is great. The buildings and grounds on the other hand need attention. It’s just dated, some updates would help a lot.

It’s an old inn. That’s what you get. Set you expectations on that.

Had a relaxing few days at the Christmas Farm Inn. Stayed at the main Inn in a king room. Room was tiny but cozy and clean. Bathroom was tiny, could use some updating, but was clean. The pool and hot tub was nice just a short walk up the hill. Also got a facial and massage at the spa which was great and also walking distance. Unfortunately the restaurant and pub was closed during my stay, so were a lot of other businesses in the area (guess it’s common in April). Guy at the front desk was nice, so was everyone at the spa. 20 min ride to North Conway & outlet shopping. Had a great dinner up the street at the Red Fox. Would recommend and I bet it’s magical during Christmas time!

I’m writing a 5 star review because they went the extra mile. I arrived with my family after a long drive at 1am. Their check in was closed and no staff was present. I was stressing out that I wouldn’t be able to check in to my room and my family would spend the night in the car. However when I arrived I found at the reception an envelope with my name on it and my room keys inside. We got to sleep on a bed after a long nights drive! Thank you for being considerate in that way!

Had a good time hiking the trails nearby

This place is awesome! We stayed around the holidays and it was so picturesque and cozy! We loved our room, which was comfortable and clean. They have a great little bar and restaurant on site with great breakfast! My parents stay at the main Inn whereas my husband and I had the Sugar House. My parents said their room in the Inn was quiet, and they enjoyed how large it was. We can’t wait to go back again this year.

Nice place. Stairs tough

My wife and I wanted to visit Jackson NH and grab the last days available for cross country skiing. The Christmas Farm Inn was the perfect accommodation for us. Great service and dining. We would definitely recommend to others.

The toilet flap needs to be replaced it keeps running unless the handle is jiggled. The shower was frustrating, it was tough to find a safe comfortable temperature. I think the internal valve seals have failed. Everything else was wonderful!

Charming facility, clean, with helpful accommodating staff. I booked in as a single and was given a very small room that was almost completely filled with a a king-size bed. This was stupid, because one person doesn't need a bed this big and multiple people would not fit in the room. Furniture was a chest of drawers, a small desk chair, and a night table on one side of the bed. No other furniture, (a desk or table would have been really nice!) would fit and this is one of the reported TWO rooms without a refrigerator. There was a private bathroom, which was fine and fully equipped. I asked about trying to upgrade to a more pleasant space, but it was school vacation week, so there were no options. The rooms have names (and numbers). If you're a single and try to book here, don't let them give you Room 109 'Donder' - unless the description above appeals to you.

We loved the quaint atmosphere in the main inn. Friendly staff at the front desk, restaurant staff as well as tavern staff. We also enjoyed the complimentary cookies as well as the tokens to use at the local Shovel Handle Pub.

We liked the Christmas atmosphere in the décor.. what we didn't like where the rooms were a bit dated and worn. The wallpaper was peeling in places, and the there was mold in the shower stall, and the vanity doors were water.damaged

The lounge area with the fire place was very relaxing, and free hot chocolate, and smores at night!!

Was disappointed with rhe non sitting arrangements in the two bedroom cabin: 3 adults to share a small couch and only Two chairs to sit at a tiny table. Want enough room to even sit and relax . There was a note from the previous quests stil on the table . Expensive for what we got
