Todo bien menos el desayuno “incluido” estaba frío, no incluyó el de mi hijo de 7 años

Great location, staff very friendly. A bit noisy (cars) but in a fair trade for its location.

nice hotel and nice staff the only issue is that the stores are not too close to the hotel but there is an oxxo close to the hotel

The free breakfast is a very limited selection, and the buffet is only available for an extra cost. Our son was excited about a pool and a hot tub, but neither were very well kept, and the hot tub did not work. There was a bathtub which we wanted, but there was not enough hot water to actually have a hot bath. The beds and the room were nice, but not for what I paid, could have stayed at a hotel without a pool or hot tub at a much lower price as we could not use these here anyway. Of course, that is just one opinion out of how many that others that share their opinions as well.

I love this hotel very much

It's a good choice for families or travelers looking to stay in the zone. The staff at check-in was friendly, and the reception desk always answered any question I had. The breakfast options were decent: coffee or tea, fruit or juice, and eggs or chilaquiles. The restaurant staff was always nice, especially when dealing with a large group during rush hour. While the hotel had a few signs of age —particularly in the rooms—it was clean and confortable.

Staff very attentive

Staying at this location was the best choice, staff is extremally helpful, the place is clean, the included breakfast was delicious, if you need anything Walmart is at a walking distance, anything you need is near by. The room had a very nice TV. I would for sure go back again to this Hotel ! A !

It’s ok but the room was smelly

I’ve stayed here many times. Good buffet. Lots of dining and shopping in the area.

La recepción es muy amable, te ofrecen servicio de desayuno con tu estadía por el valor de 100 pesos, que equivale a un desayuno tipo americano, no está mal pero si algo limitado, ko probé el resto del menú, pero sirve y es bueno, además de que te atienden muy bien, eso si es un poco pequeño el hotel como el restaurante, pero las habitaciones son amplias, caben 4 personas, eso si se escuchan las habitaciones de alrededor, pero nada que sea muy molesto

Es conveniente y con acceso a todo ,bancos. Tiendas,restaurantes, taxis. Lo recomiendo 😃

The installation is old. One telephone does not function The water spill out of the bathtub The tv is not a smart

Property is nice good value little older, but perfect for the price point. Breakfast is a little confusing. They do give you breakfast but it’s not the whole Buffay and there’s a nice pool a hot tub and your century link located to the local area easy walking or Uber or cabs anywhere

I only speak English and front desk is able to accommodate me. Great front desk crew rooms are big and spacious. Only thing lacking is smart TVs.

It was hot, no fans or air conditioning And no screens on windows to leave them open

The hotek requires mantenance and the service needs to be certainly improved
