This was our 3rd stay at the view. As always, room was very clean and comfortable & the family who own the property are very welcoming. The breakfast is superb. We would not stay anywhere else, they work so hard to make your stay a relaxing one.

The room was very spacious and a lovely large shower in the ensuite. But the shower wasnt very powerful and took a while to get hot. The carpet under the window was rather dirty and quite a few crumbs over it too. The bed was very comfy and bedding was clean and fresh. The breakfast was excellent and of good quality. We might stay again .

Lovely room. Splashed out on a sea view room, which we really enjoyed. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast almost beat me! Veggie sausages were available on request. Great start to the day. No complaints whatsoever.

The staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Our room was very nice and spacious. The hotel is in a fantastic area with shops, restaurants and pubs within a few minute walking distance. Highly recommendeded and will definitely be back in the future

We frequently travel up to North Wales to visit family- usually we bring our dogs so have to stay with family or in an Airbnb, but as we were alone this time we thought we'd try a guest house. We stayed in room 1- it has a big comfortable bed and a seating area in the window to look out over the pier and promenade. It was clean and spacious. We were asked our preferences for bedding (pillow firmness, material, etc) beforehand, which really made our stay comfortable. Breakfast was really good- we let them know we were vegan before arriving and they were well prepared with vegan options. Guests choose a slot for breakfast, meaning it is never crowded and service is fast. The hotel has a cosy lounge area with an honesty bar and a pretty terraced area at the front. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return next time we visit without our dogs.

Good location, quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent, well prepared and presented. The staff were very pleasant. Our room wasn't as pleasing, the water pressure for the shower was poor. For the six night stay our towels weren't changed and the room bin wasn't emptied!

Brian and his family were wonderful. There B/B was clean and comfy. Robes were provided and lovely toiletries. Brian was attentive and helpful with his directions. Breakfast was really nice and they accommodated us when we had to leave early. I highly recommend The View. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Great base to explore Llandudno and North Wales. Excellent service, very comfortable bed, and a great view of the promenade. Parking in Llandudno can be tough but I never struggled to find a spot- either right in front of the hotel or a couple of mins walk further up at Happy Valley. Highly recommend!

Warm, welcome, hospitality superb,great imfomation book in room, honesty bar was FAB,great facilities, superb,breakfast -great produce,excellent service, Room 2 was beautiful, beautiful gardens with nice sitting areas ,1st visit here, and to llandudno, will certainly be back,will tell all my collegues , only Down side is, book restaurants ahead of holiday.

It was a very comfortable and clean b and b. Welcoming family run business with a flexible approach to running the business in order to make the guests stay more enjoyable and cost effective. Lovely place I felt right at home.

Lovely hotel owned by lovely people. What more can you ask? We stayed in room 3. A large bright room with outstanding views. Breakfast was cooked and served perfectly. Enjoyable break.

Fabulous setting. Awesome room. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend, but not if you have an issue climbing stairs and an inclined ramp to the front door. But once in there is an elevator.
