There is nothing fancy about this hotel but it is clean, great showers and a comfortable bed. It is in the middle of Old San Juan and you can walk to everything.

Each room is like a coffin - absolutely no light - the only good thing is it’s near downtown -

Perfect location in Old San Juan that cloeses everything

Very old building, musty smell. Water didn’t work during the afternoon. May of been an issue in the area though. Our TV didn’t work and it took the staff hours to fix the issue. Stayed there twice and each time there were no wash cloths. Asked for extra pillows and staff said there were no additional pillows as they were sold out that night. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Will not book there again. Couldn’t wait to leave honestly.

Located in a good area to explore. Right in Old San Juan. Very simple room. Clean bed and bathroom.

Everything was as I expected. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean and reason on arrival. Old San Juan experienced a long power outage, but the building maintained power, except for the elevator. It’s a small hotel, so the walk up the stairs was not bad. I would certainly book with them again.

Everything was clean and staff were friendly and incredible.

The room was old and smelled badly of mold. It made it hard for me as I have sensory issues (I barley slept) as well as for my friend. The carpet was sticky and very stained. There was also miscommunication between staff that led to some aggravation before checkout

We had a room with no window, was not aware that is what we would get, place is old but clean, staff were very nice, friendly and accommodating, great location for walking to everything in SJ, old town, our reservation stated coffee and pastries for breakfast, but there wasn’t any

It was a little weird to have an interior room with no windows. But the ventilation & air-conditioning was worked great. The staff was friendly. Good water pressure too.

Great location in old San Juan! Staff was friendly and helpful. Was able to hold our luggage after our cruise while waiting for our room so we could explore the city. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Room was clean. During the day the room was freezing and at night it was better. We asked if they could turn down the air conditioning but they were not able to do that. We were there for 3 nights and we never had a warm shower. The water was freezing, never warming up.

Room in great location.Close to food and shopping. If you ship is at one of the three piers downtown easy walk to it.There is a further pier that our ship was at is not walk able. This is a basic hotel 2 bath towels that's it. Clean basic room good for a night
