The staff were polite and provided excellent service.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. What I like best is the shuttle service that's available all the time. The staff are also very helpful, the rooms are good, and although the breakfast is a simple Thai menu, everything tastes delicious. I will definitely come back again.

The corridors and rooms are not fresh air because there are no windows that directly open out.

Our room got upgraded since there was no twin bed available and it was bigger than we expected. No deposit required. Airport shuttle is free of charge and available every hour. Just need to book during check-in at the counter. However, since the lobby is open concept, it was so hot and mosquitoes were flying around while we wait for the 3 am airport shuttle bus. The staff did eventually turn on the portable fan, but it only made it a little better. Everything else was great. Thanks!

Location is good, close to the airport, but the hotel is not very convenient for travelers who drag luggage because the room requires walking up and down stairs.

The bed sheets are very dirty. There are blood spots everywhere. There are a lot of mosquitoes.

Location: Near Robinson's and Paseo Mall. Staff: Staff will help carry bags to your room (Hence I gave a 100 baht tip!) Perk: Complimentary shuttle service to the airport! (Main reason why I pick this place everytime I stay near Suvarnabhumi Airport!) Con: The exhaust fan in the washroom might be sucking the air from the drain so it might be a little smelly when using the washroom. Recommend to switch off when not in use or open the toilet door when using. When shower is on it helps as well!
